Enjoy a relaxing Cape Cod vacation in this cozy and charming renovated Brewster cottage. Nestled right off beautiful 6A on Millstone road in lovely East Brewster. Steps to the bike trail that leads you into beautiful historic Nickerson state park!

This cozy cottage has all the amenities and local entertainment you need right around the corner to have a memorable Cape vacation! Boasting with new furniture, newly renovated bathroom, eat in kitchen, bedroom, living room with couch that turns into Queen size bed, and two large internet TVs and a wonderful cape breeze!

Outside a large private back patio comes equipped with barbecue grill, fire pit, hammock and lounge chair area!

Home can comfortably accommodate 3 adults. Cottage sits less than half a mile to Cape Cod Rail Trail, local eateries, and the beautiful bayside beaches. So much to enjoy!

This home is part of a community so the yards are well maintained and there are laundry machines and garbage disposal available on site!

A lovely cottage set amidst other cottages on a well kept lot with other friendly residents. About a 12 minute walk to First Landing Beach and a very quick drive to Ellis Landing Beach. Also very quick drive to the gorgeous Flax Pond at Nickerson State Park. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It is very cute, decorated beautifully, and clean. It is in a great location, 2 minutes from where we had dinner and close to beach’s. The host was great with communication as well!

Everything was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked, Jennat was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. The bed was comfortable and my friend said the pullout was quite comfortable as well. If you have Verizon make sure to screenshot instructions before you arrive on property as service in Brewster is not very good and we weren’t able to load our instructions when we arrived and had to drive around to get it to load. Once you connect to the WiFi though everything works great!

We had a great stay in the cottage!! The host was gracious and always available. The property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay-right in the heart of everything. The beach chairs being available were great! Possibly having a bike available would be a great addition-since the bike trail is so close.

We enjoyed the cottage, and ease of access. Wonderfully decorated, and space was perfect for the 2 of us. The opportunity to cook, if desired, is a big plus for us, and I appreciate the different space from the bedroom for any reading/writing activity.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and it was a perfect fit for 2 adults + our toddler. And Jennat was easy to reach and attentive to any of our questions. Would definitely stay there again in the future!!

The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Close to everything, but far enough where it was peaceful and quiet at night despite being closer to the road. The bed and pullout bed were super comfortable! We had a great time and would definitely be back!

Perfect for the weekend

This is an ideal spot for a couple looking to travel around both the inner and outer Cape. Walkable to breakfast spots and the beach. It looks exactly like in the photos, and the owner is very responsive.

Cute Little Cottage

Looks exactly like the photos! Is less than 5min from bayside beaches and Nickerson State Park. We stayed during the heat wave and the bedroom stays quite warm while the living room with a pull out mattress is freezing when the ac is on. Overall lovely experience would stay again.

Long weekend on the Cape

We were looking for something central as we visited with family in Brewster for a long weekend. This location was perfect: walking distance from Nickerson State Park (to walk or roller blade), 5 minutes from Shaws, 5 minutes from the Brewster General Store (great donuts, ice cream and candy) 15 minutes from Nauset beach (great beach with nice sand and great waves). The cottage is cozy, clean and very functional. Would definitely stay again!

Stay was wonderful and quiet. Only negative is the bedroom with the full bed is super warm. Need a way to put fan/AC in there.

One comment. The lighting in the bedroom is useless. The one light flickers when it is attempting to go on and there is NO way to read in bed. Otherwise we loved it!

Cute Cozy Cottage

Cottage was wonderfully cute, clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. Fully stocked. Great location, close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Easy biking area. We brought a mattress pad for the pull out couch which made it more comfortable. Had extra thin blanket but would probably bring my own. Plenty of linens. One window AC unit which kept it cool. Patio faces the parking lot but area was very quiet overall so didnt bother us. Genuinely nice experience, host was great and would stay again.

Location is great. That’s where it ends. Listing notes three beds, however there is just one bed and a broken futon on the property. Property can not comfortably fit more than one person. It definitely was too small to sleep a family of three.Bigger problem than that were the ants, however. They covered the kitchen and took over our food. Owner did show willingness to help, however, nothing seemed to work. Would not recommend staying here unless you’re a single person who doesn’t plan to be on the property much.
