A full kitchen, ceiling fans, and cooling system throughout are just a few of the amenities of this lovely condo. Swim in a salt or fresh water pool; relax on a sandy beach. Free WI-FI is in the unit!! There is plenty of space for 4 people.

Casa de Emdeko is an oceanfront condo complex that is located 1.5 miles from the quaint village of Kailua-Kona where you will find dining & shopping. Casa has a private beach & 2 pools - salt & freshwater. Coin operated laundry is also located on site. An oceanfront cabana features gas BBQs, tables, & chairs. Tiki torches glow in the evening in the beautiful gardens.

The air conditioning/cooling system at the Casa de Emdeko is a chilled water central system that works by circulating cold water through the entire complex; it does not work like modern A/C, nor does it always work very well due to its age. In the unit you only control on/off and fan speed. If modern air conditioning is necessary for your plans please keep this in mind (If you leave doors and windows open it will appear not to work and humidity will increase; you can choose ocean breezes or the cooling system).

Casa De Emdeko is a non-smoking complex. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property, in the condo, or on the balcony/lanai.

Located at the front of the property is a mini-mart/deli/liquor store, beauty salon, massage & flower shop.
