The ultimate OCEANFRONT condo!!Right on top of the water. See and hear waves crashing on the rocks!!!Can even hear them in both bedrooms at night. Nothing better than falling asleep to the ocean sounds. Communication with the owner and caretaker was quick/responsive!I will look to stay here again when I visit Kona

Had a great time with family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the Lanai. Very clean and open. We were disappointed about the pool next to the unit being closed for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We only got to use it our 1st day. Lucky for us there was another pool to use. I did buy a couple of extra towels for the 2nd bathroom. The front door sticks and had to figure out how to lock it but over all had a great time. Thank you

You can't go wrong with this place. The views are fantastic. The building is older but the condo inside was great. Sunset from the lanai were amazing. I would have love to stay longer then the 3 days i had.

Trip was amazing, this condo lives up to everything it says and more. Wrap around balcony on the water is awesome, enjoyed quiet sunsets and morning coffee daily out there. Loved the day bed out there too. Condo very clean, very well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and beds comfortable. The condo was very well stocked with everything you may have forgot (toiletries, kitchen items, beach stuff (chairs, snorkel equipment,pool toys). Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Location easy to get to beaches to the south or north, close to town.

This condo was the perfect place to have a small get together with friends and enjoy the ocean views. My friends and I had a lovely time together. We had dinner on the lanai, movie night and a delightful breakfast. The space isn’t huge but the view was spectacular and made the smaller space totally worth it.

Beautiful condo with huge oceanfront lanai to view sunrise and beautiful sunsets. Very well equipped with anything you may need! Host was very responsive everything met our expectations and more! Loved our stay!

Condo was exactly as described. Best deck ever! We saw dolphins! Free parking in the gated lot. Condo has everything for a comfortable stay - all clean, organized, well maintained. The property is also very clean, comfortable, well maintained. Loved swimming in the ocean side pool. Highly recommend!

First, let me just say that the online photos don’t even do justice to how beautiful this rental is. The lanai is everything! We had breakfast on it every morning and spent most of our time watching outriggers sail by and we even spotted a few dolphins! What an experience! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner’s communication was thorough and prompt. Would love to stay here again!

The view was everything! Jill was a lovely host and great communicator. The unit was spacious and clean, with lovely new appliances in the well stocked kitchen. There is a coffee grinder coffeemaker as well as a Keurig. Appreciated the Brita in the fridge. The building itself is older and the proximity to the ocean creates a salty mist that causes corrosion, which explained some of the reviews. Overall, we thought it was clean and well kept given the climate. We didn’t have power for a good part of 1 day because of scheduled tree work which we didn’t know about until a couple days before we arrived and the saltwater pool was also closed because of high waves, so we had to stay flexible. But we LOVED our stay and felt very blessed to be there!!!

This unit is amazing! The wrap around deck and huge living room make it feel extremely spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and access to the complex and unit was smooth. The waves crashing could be heard all day and night and it was the best view for the sunset! We would absolutely rent this place again :)

The property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. The previous visitors left fresh tropical flowers which was a wonderful surprise. The wrap around lanai was wonderful and the saltwater pool was amazing.

The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

This condo is beyond amazing. The lanai is the best part. We enjoyed sitting out everyday and listening to the ocean. I staked claim of the daybed. It was the first place I went upon waking. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The property was very quiet. Parking was plenty and rarely did we have to park at the front of the property. We did go in the off season. The only complaint I have about the place was the small curtain in the queen size room. The light from outside shines into the room. Once you fall asleep it doesn't matter but getting to sleep for me took a bit because of the light. Bring a sleep mask and it won't be a problem. If we ever make it back to the Big Island I will be booking again. I absolutely loved it.

Beautiful view and delightful place

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect home base to see all the Kona coast highlights, and the ‘private’ sunsets’ from deck were absolutely spectacular. Highly recommended all around!

Wonderful apartment, great communication with owner when minor issue with the apartment complex came up (issue was resolved), we celebrated a birthday on the Lanai, great memories

The condo definitely has a view wow factor! It was a comfortable and clean space. It was great having both the salt water and fresh water pools. The kids loved it! We would return in a heartbeat!
