This unit was in the absolute perfect location in the resort! Close access to elevators which made getting around the property very convenient. The unit was beautifully decorated. Lovely view from the balcony which we spent hours on just soaking up the sunshine. The vip parking and beach chairs included with this unit is a huge savings value. The property/resort was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we loved this unit and would visit it again!

Great stay in PCB!

This unit was just as described. The cleanliness of the condo was on point they didn’t miss a thing as well as the resort itself. The location is great . The chairs and designated parking spot was an added bonus that i certainly appreciated. We have rented with Warren beach rentals before and will continue to use them in the future.

Perfect!

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The easy access to the pool in the beach were amazing. Second floor was the best way to go! The host was very responsive with any of our needs. Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient Location

We loved the location of this room. VIP parking was a huge plus. Then being able to take the stairs the entire trip saved us a lot of headache without having to wait for elevators. The room was nice also and clean when we arrived.

Absolutely loved it. Only giving 4 stars because it needs to be easier to get in touch with a real person over the phone instead of waiting on a return call.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We have 220 units and a full time staff of 32 people. Occasionally we have more calls than we do staff. We field calls for bookings, payments, check in, check out, additional services, lock outs, maintenance, owners questions, guest questions, what to do, where to go, can i check in early, what kind of coffee maker does it have, and about a million more questions. We take the time to patiently answer each guest, and then give everyone 100% of our undivided attention and answer their questions in full. SOMETIMES, our 6 phone lines get overwhelmed and we ask guests to leave a message and we call them back in the order we receive them. Sorry that was not to your liking. We do the best we can to take care of our guests.

I just got back from a week long vacation. Everything was perfect. I loved having the Beach chairs and the VIP parking was right under the building.

Nice condo and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions

Condo was as described and we enjoyed the ease of being on the second floor with VIP reserved parking in the same building. Warren Beach Rentals was easy to deal with. Condo is close to Publix and Frank Brown ball fields. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Another perfect stay!

We have stayed at this exact condo for 3 years now, every summer! This is our favorite place to stay & only place we will stay. The convenience is like none other - from booking the condo, the reserved parking spot right by the elevators, from not having to get in your car to go find food or shopping - it's all walking distance. The condo is SO clean. The air conditioning is COLD. The view is BEAUTIFUL! We just checked out this past Friday & we already want to go back! There is NOTHING that we would change, everything was great as always!

July 4th - great fireworks show.

The parking spot directly across from the elevator was perfect and being on the 2nd floor made it very easy to access the pool and beach by walking down one flight of stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. The view was hindered by the palm trees, but it wasn’t a big deal to our crew.

It was easy booking, entering and exiting the property. I had a positive experience.

The communication was good though out the rental process. The only problem was that the water filter on the refrigerator expired and we could not get it replaced before checking out. Overall it was a positive experience and I will book the same place again next year.

Another awesome summer vacay stay

This is our 3rd year staying here. Everything was perfect again. Room was SO clean upon arrival. Private parking spot was so convenient, located right next to the elevator. Everything was GREAT! We will be back next summer! We love that everything is in walking distance. We park our car when we arrive and don’t leave until we check out. We enjoy shopping and eating in Pier Park and love laying on the beach or chilling in the pool. We look forward to it now for the past 3 years!!! One of my favorite places!

Beds need to be replaced. Patio door won’t lock

The beds were cheap and worn out. The property was great. If you are taking your young children don’t get this unit. The patio door won’t lock. The tvs are outdated and are not smart tvs.

This unit has 25 prior reviews and they were ALL 5 stars. This is one of the highest rated units at Calypso. The beds in this condo, that NO ONE ELSE HAS HAD AN ISSUE WITH, are less than 2 years old. The sofa is brand new as is most of the furniture in the unit. The bedroom has a smart TV and the living room has a Roku streaming box. The lock on the door was fixed within 1 minute, and was a simple repair. Had you let us know this during your stay, rather than waiting to be a keyboard warrior from back home, you could have had it fixed during your stay. We have a full time staff, ON SITE, at Calypso to handle any issues. It boggles my mind that you wouldnt take the time to email us while there to fix an issue, but rather wait until after your stay and post this cheesy review. Good lord.

Clyspo 203 West Tower

The location was good close to Pier Park. The room looked like only the sheets had been changed. Floors were not moped. We moped the floor and feet still got black. The beds did not have enough pillowcases and we had to fold the extra sheet for the pillowcases. Beds laid terrible. The view was blocked by palm trees so beware of having a nice view. I would not rent this again. Only good thing was walking distance to pier park. This place really needs to be cleaned. Both sinks were stopped up and we had to call maintenance when we arrived. Also tv in bedroom never worked. They were supposed to come back and fix it but never did so we just forgot trying to use it. Bedroom was hot the entire time. Pick another room.

I am not sure what "moped" means, but the floors were thoroughly mopped prior to your stay. This unit has spectacular views, and is gulf front, this unit has dozens and dozens of 5 star reviews, not a single one.. NOT ONE.. had a problem with the views. This unit has dozens of great reviews on all our platforms and has the best parking spot in all of Calypso. This traveler was mad before she arrived, and i am sure she is still mad about something now. We gave this traveler a one star review.. which, we seldom do, and would not rent to them again.
