This home, built in 1955, is fully furnished and is near stores, shopping and approximately two miles from the U of O campus. The home features big kitchen area and large back yard and deck. Room for RV or boat parking that can be behind a gate. Wi-Fi and Cable TV available.
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, Air Mattress . Washer and dryer in house.

Eugene is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, about a hour drive to the Oregon Coast and about an hour drive to the Cascade Mountains. The area is surrounded by rivers and lakes with plenty of fishing and hunting areas near by.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was communicative and friendly. My daughter fell asleep in the recliner the first night and never found her way to a bed the rest of the trip. We loved how open the house was. Lots of space and a feeling of being home. Thank you

This house was very nice and it was a nice quiet neighborhood on the weekend of the Eugene marathon. The backyard was very spacious and the house itself was also spacious for staying with two kids. It was pretty close to a Albertson’s grocery store made it very convenient for picking up the food when we got into town.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy and fit the description. There were issues with ants (I believe those had just been treated but still an issue). There were a few cleanliness concerns (some sticky spots and area rugs could use replacing/cleaning) but nothing that ruined our stay. We appreciated the minimal tasks to do before checkout. Good location in a quiet neighborhood and easy to travel from for our planned activities. I

Our family had a great stay at Steve’s! The home is very spacious and had the perfect gathering area in the spacious, open kitchen. As others have reviewed, the house is a blast from the past and doesn’t have a lot of “frill” to it, but it’s exactly as described in the listing! Steve was a great, friendly host that promptly answered my messages. We will definitely be staying again!

Sweet Home in a Great Neighborhood

My friends and I came up to Eugene for a college reunion, this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, had a beautiful backyard, and all the beds, sheets, and towels we would need. Would stay again!
