The location and view of the ocean was AMAZING! The interior of the house was comfortable and beautiful. The only small issues were the jets in the tub do not working and there is a tiny ant problem. We WILL DEFINITELY book this house again!!!

Best of the Beach

We have stayed in many rentals on the Cayucos beach and this is the best of the best. Great views, easy beach access, lots of room, and well equipped.

A Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach house. It was very clean, well equipped and extremely well organized. I would definitely recommend to other families.

Excellent location and beautiful view!

It is next to the beach and immaculate, what else do you need. My family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend renting this home.

60th birthday weekend

Birthday celebration weekend. Went wine tasting at Thacher Winery and Hearst Winery, Beach walks, surfing. Great time.

Great location

Rooms were a bit awkward, the downstairs master is a pass through room and the upstairs queen doesn’t have access to a bathroom without going through another bedroom

Great location! Entire area is quiet and peaceful. View from the top deck is fantastic. Minor challenges with working with a mgmt company were as expected. They seem to be using general information but don’t have specifics. (Ie: there were beach towels available but it said in the description there wouldn’t be any.) There weren’t any beach chairs which was a bummer. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location!

This place has the most amazing views!! Definitely worth staying here for a family vacation. My teenagers enjoyed being right on the beach, being able to go out surfing every day. We are from the area, so had family over for dinner while enjoying the breathtaking views. Property was clean, kitchen well equipped for cooking. Highly recommend.

Beautiful beachfront home in Cayucos

Beautiful oceanfront property with 180° views of the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better location. House was wonderful and fit our family perfectly. Close to both downtown Cayucos and Morro bay, but just enough away from either town to avoid the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Location

This is a wonderfully appointed home directly on the beach. Very clean and ample dishes, silverware and pots and pans to make cooking meals in the home very easy. We also ate out at a couple of wonderful restaurants near by. 3 nights was just not enough! We will definitely be back.

Another great Cayucos beach stay

Not much to say except that it was five days of badly needed relaxation. I'm having a cancerous kidney removed in a few weeks and have some other health issues so this was a prologue to that. If I survive another year I hope to be back here for our third stay at this wonderful beach house.

Family get away

This is a great place, we will book again in the future. I only have minor issues, need more trash cans, and the upstairs bathroom door hinges squeak. The floor plan is great, this place was super clean, beds are really comfortable, can’t say enough about how beautiful this house is.

House needed repairs. Carpet was stained, water leaks. Only one shower for 7 people.

Beautiful view from upstairs patio. Beds were comfortable. In the main part of house you had to walk thru downstairs bedroom to get to upstairs bedrooms.

We understand that the layout of this home is a little unique, but they did what they could to maximize the narrow lot and incredible ocean views! The carpet is scheduled to be replaced the first week in January- which will definitely improve the feel of the home. We are sorry that hadn't happened prior to your stay. Great spot!

We truly enjoyed our time at the rental. The home has an incredible beach view. There were lots of surfers regularly and it was a blast to sit and watch them. We had some issues with internet (I was working from the house so not ideal), but the managers were AMAZING on the issue. They were very responsible and got the issue resolved and internet was great the rest of our trip. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Beautiful experience!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in cayucos at this rental. It was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the view was incredible. We loved watching surfers and sea otters in the ocean and relaxing on the patio. Cayucos is such a quaint town and there is so much to do in SLO county. I love it here. My only complaint is that the washing machine didn’t work very well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
