Oceanfront Cayucos Cottage on the sand

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step off the front porch onto the sand. Take a long walk on the beach to quaint downtown Cayucos if you like. You can explore the shops and restaurants. Surfing, boogie boarding or body surfing are all right out in front of the house. If you prefer you can just take it easy on the upper or lower deck. You will not be disappointed!

You may notice that there are comments about an odd layout of the house. The inside has been remodeled so now the house has 4 completely separate and private bedrooms and an additional bathroom so the layout is no longer strange. All bathrooms have also been remodeled.

This was our second year at this property! My grandkids are already looking forward to next year and coming back to “our” house. It’s very comfortable and is well equipped for making meals at home. Thank you Jerin for sharing your home with us!

Our entire family had the best time over the Labor Day weekend! The accommodations fit our set up perfectly, with six adults and two small children (ages two and four). The front courtyard for the kids was a nice play area when they were done with beach time. The adults enjoyed both the upstairs deck, where we prepared oven fired pizzas, and the downstairs patio with the fire pit. The views from the living room/kitchen are incredible, and we were fortunate to have amazing weather. We all agreed that this will be a repeat house for us!!

Great house for a family gathering in the days after Christmas! The house is well appointed and the setting on the beach is amazing. We had beautiful sunsets each night and morning walks on the beach. The town of Cayucos is charming, great coffee and restaurants and the beach is stunning. We look forward to returning!

The house worked perfectly for our family get away. The rooms worked out nicely, the view is beautiful, bathrooms were spacious and the open floor plan of the living room/kitchen area was nice to relax in. The host was very responsive and answered every question right away. Plenty of places to park and easy access - just steps away - down to the beach. Recommend for a family needing 4 bedrooms who are looking to relax, play games, and enjoy the beach!

Central Cal reminded us of her glory and why we continue to visit this beautiful part of the coast. This property is stunning - upgraded and comfortable for our entire family. We have three grown kids with spouses/significant others. The location is perfect - the access to the beach allowed us to use the ocean like it was our own backyard. The property host is responsive and kind. We are already looking at dates for our next stay.

This is a must stay!!

This house was perfect for our vacation. Rooms are big, the view from the house to the beach was perfect. House is clean and open.

Great beach house for our family, Very clean and good amenities. Some better pictures of the rooms and layout of the upstairs, downstairs and outside would help with trip planning. The view is spectacular.

Comfortable and clean accommodations, accurate description of amenities, easy communication, perfect weather, topped with whales and dolphins every evening, best stay-cation ever. Beach access is safe and convenient, kids enjoyed the boogie boards, parents enjoyed the beach chairs. We are grateful this home is available and would not hesitate to rent again.
