Cute two bedroom plus a loft beach cottage. One mile from the rehoboth boardwalk and 1 block from the main access to Rehoboth. Take the provided wagon and walk to the beach.
This property has a fenced in yard, perfect for the kids and dogs to play. Enjoy the outdoor deck and shower. Relax on the front porch
The house has 2 bedrooms and a loft. There is a combined living and dining area. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

House was super cute and clean. Even the beds were decent and not old and bumpy. Our pups loved the fenced in yard! It was a short walk to the boardwalk and only a couple miles from the state park’s top. Definitely will be booking this house again!

This is an excellent house for a small family with dogs. The fully fenced yard and large, sunny deck provided hours of enjoyment outside. The distance from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk was a very short drive or a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this property and I hope not my last. Perfect sized property for a smaller group, fenced yard for the canine friend, and excellent communication with an accommodating host.

Lovely off-season Christmas in Rehoboth

Great location for an off-season visit to the beach. Right off of Rehoboth Ave, the property was comfortable, cozy, and everything we were looking for to have a quiet Christmas getaway. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to get to the beach and other amenities. The yard is big and fenced in, perfect for your dog to enjoy! The house itself is nicely decorated and plenty spacious for a small family. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going inside. Plenty of dishes and silverware to go round. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great Location & really cute cottage

Always enjoy staying here. It's close to everything, but far enough away from all the hustle & bustle of downtown. Great layout if you have multiple couples, because rooms are on either side of the home. We will be back.

Awesome house and location

We definitely loved staying here. Location was great, only a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants & the beach. You can tell it was newly updated, which was quite nice. Only one of the bicycles was in working condition unfortunately so we didn’t get to use those but it’s overall a great weekend! Would definitely stay again 😋

Winter getaway at the beach!

We very happy staying in the cozy cottage. Dining was a short drive. Normally we would walk but with freezing temps we couldn't. This was our second stay here and we feel very comfortable at this place.

Walk a couple of blocks to Grove Park and the Tuesday morning Farmers Market. Walk a few blocks to Rehoboth's fine restaurants, bars and shops. Bike to Henlopen State Park, Silver Lake, or Dewey Beach. Ride just a few blocks to get on the 6.4 mile Junction and Breakwater Bike Trail. You will enjoy this ideal location!
