The thoughtfully designed layout makes this home ideal for families and groups. The first floor features a user-friendly dining, kitchen area that's perfect for gathering together after a day at the beach. A convenient first-floor powder room means no trips upstairs when little ones are asleep or guests are visiting.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing privacy and separation from the main living area. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and, while cozy in size, provide everything you need for a relaxing beach stay.
This home offers private front and rear entrances with no shared lobby or elevator, giving guests added privacy and convenience.

Always a pleasure to stay!Outdoor shower close to the beach close to everything that you need. Two parking spots which were awesome. The place was cozy and comfy. Would come back again next summer for sure.

Great property! Ocean view from the front porch. A few blocks away from Rehoboth Ave, so it was nice and quiet. This is the best property we've stayed at in our 6 trips to Rehoboth, and we'll book again!

Perfect spot for our sisters trip. We enjoyed the convince of the house, found everything we needed and the location is perfect. We liked that it was close enough to walk to the main street, but very quiet on our street. Distance to the location made it so easy to go back and forth from the house. We will definitely rent this house again for future trips to Rehoboth.

This condo is fabulous! Great location…one block from beach and boardwalk with a view of the ocean from the front porch. Very comfortable and roomy. My only complaint is having to pay for linen (polyester?!) in addition. At almost 1000 a night, you ought to be able to have sheets and towels provided. We even had to make up the beds. I’ve never stayed at a place in which linen was not provided. Other than that the place was perfect!

We brought our small dog, two kids and my parents. We all had a great time and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was great and everything was provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and having 2 parking spaces was amazing. We also liked the space this apt provided. Would definitely rent this vacation home again. Thank you for the stay.

Lovely and convenient

This 3 bedroom condo is wonderfully close to the beach. The downstairs space and front porch are very roomy. The kitchen was one of the best -equipped we have ever rented. And we like to cook. The decor is updated and nice. The back porch is mostly for storing things as the a/c is there and there's a tall fence around it. The back porch light is not working. We loved how convenient check in and out were and the linen package. We expected dish towels to be included so had to buy some. Hoping we can return next year.

Well stocked kitchen (pans could be upgraded). So close to boardwalk! Having 3 br was amazing. Family room had seating for all. We loved the gathering space that is normally lacking in other 3br 2 bath units.

Our family (5 people) had a wonderful stay here. It is so close to the boardwalk and beach! Plus, it's on a residential street, so it was super quiet!Everyone had enough space to spread out when they needed and the kitchen gave us plenty of room for putting a few family meals together if we weren't dining out. (We also enjoyed getting coffee from Rise Up to use in the coffee maker.)From start to finish, our property manager/main contact was wonderful: always responsive and always helpful. Thank you, Bill!!!We would 100% absolutely stay here again.

The house was so nicely appointed, with everything we could need, and was neat and orderly throughout, well updated and equipped. It was a bit on the small side, but that worked just fine for the four of us who ended up staying there The location couldn't have been better, just half a block from the boardwalk. My husband and I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the front deck before dinner. We had, in short, a very happy stay.

The townhouse was beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for us, even when we were stuck inside on a rainy day. It was very easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk- we parked our cars in the private spaces and never used them during our vacation. The keypad entrance made it easy for our teens to come and go without us having to worry about sharing a key. We would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to renting it again in the future.

Bill was great to deal with for the rental. Unfortunately We were greeted by a kitchen full of ants within 3 hours of arrival. We put out bait traps and wiped everything down again but the next morning there were more. Floors, countertops, cabinets etc. Not a super clean rental and seems that there is food under the oven and sink keeping those ants fed. I'm glad we were only here 2 nights before moving to another house.

This property is in an excellent location just a few houses down from the beach and the boardwalk. Very very clean. Furniture could use some updates and the mattress in the bedroom with attached bath was very firm, but it didn’t impact our enjoyment. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our adult kids and 2 1/2 year old grand baby immensely. Highly recommend- and we are picky- so don’t take that lightly, haha.
