You can walk to the beach with a beach gear cart and beach gears! One parking spot is in front of the building labeled as 100-102 and a second parking spot is near the back balcony labeled as 100-102. You don't need parking permit in the car as long as you park in the allocated spots.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed) . Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can assist you to rent linens from linen rentals if you otherwise prefer.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).
