Our unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor unit (C111) at the Villas at Poipu Kai. We are located near the pool with bifold doors that open to let the lanai become an extension of the living area. Poipu Beach is a short walk from the Villas. We have a business license with the state of Hawaii and follow all applicable rules and filings. The Poipu Kai resort is a Vacation Rental zone and all properties are open to renting. Tax # TA-093-723-2384-01

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach! It was magical watching the sea turtles at Poipu Beach each night! The pool was a great option to the beach especially with small children. Great location for day trips north and west. A good time was had by all! Thanks!!!

Great stay

Everything was great. The condo was clean and well kept, there were beach chairs and an umbrella to use, and very easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families

Really enjoyed the 3 full bathrooms and large living room / kitchen area. The pool is right outside the unit and the beach within about a 10 min walk.

Beautiful, convenient place to stay in Poipu

Great condo close to the beach. A couple maintenance issues but no big issues. Lots to love about this property.

Lovely Villa, great location!

Such a relaxing stay in this villa. Beautifully appointed and everything we needed. We walked to the beach every night for the most gorgeous sunsets! I would come back in a heart beat!

We loved our stay here !!!

We love the location and the layout so Much !! The only problem we noticed was that it had a musty smell … we got used to it but it never went away !!

Apologies for the musty smell. The bedrooms were all carpeted and we realized that these floors were at the end of their life, and not ideal for the sometimes wet surroundings. All of the bedrooms have had new laminate flooring installed and we believe that this will solve that musty odor. We hope to see you back again!

Great location

Very comfortable condo for our 5 adults. Easy walk down to Poipu Beach to see 40-plus sea turtles spending the night on the beach! This was a great location for our adventures - sunset sail out of Port Allen, mountain tubing near Wailea, and Waimea Canyon.

Fabulous stay

Wonderful Poipu location right above Poipu and Brenneke beaches. The unit is very spacious and private with all the amenities. Complex is very well maintained and curfew is respected. We took full advantage of provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great stay for our family of six!

Paradise

This was my 30th year in Poipu, but my first time in Poipu Kai. It is a spectacular property, the villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend for all those who are considering Poipu as their destination vacation.

Great Spot on South Side

We really enjoyed our time in Poipu. It was in great walking and driving distance to where we wanted to go. Our daughters loved the pool! They spent hours in it and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too.

Aloha Paradise!

Great condo in excellent location. Very convenient to walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poi'pu Beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to make it easy. Clean and well-stocked condo. Pictures are accurate. Host was quick to reply to questions before arrival. No issues during our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect for 2 couples and 3 kids

This beautiful and very comfortable property was perfect!! On the ground floor so no lugging luggage and groceries upstairs. Very close to the great pool so easy to keep an eye on the kids in the pool from the lanai. A five minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute walk to cocktails at the Hyatt. Perfect for all of us!! Staying here made our trip perfect!

Great place!

Location was great! Condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms! We loved being close to the pool! Also loved being a short walk to the Hyatt and beach!! Check in /check out was easy! Only issue we had was with the TV. Difficult to turn on! But property manager came right over to help us with it!! All and all a great vacation place!

Nice property in great location

This ground-level condo is very spacious and well kept, and it is surrounded by lush gardens with an easy path that leads directly to Poipu Beach. We were able to view the Poipu Beach fire works on New Year Eve directly from the lawn, adjacent to the condo. The owner and the on-island property manager have been most gracious replying to our inquiries. I would certainly recommend this property to adults as well as families with young kids.

Location plus top rate accommodations

This property lives up to all its pics!! Located just a quick easy walk from several great beaches - boogie board - snorkeling - turtle watching - our 7 year old grandson made the trek easily!! This condo is exceptionally well stocked!! Super comfy!! Very nice furnishings!! Love the two master suites!! Patio was one of our favorite places to hang!! Right by the pool - close to great restaurants. This place is a home run!!!

The most perfect vacation!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful open floorplan great for one family or two small ones! Stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation: pack n play, high chair, access to beach equipment, even a wagon for unloading groceries or taking to the beach! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even blowdryers with the diffusers... amazing! The lanai was so perfect every morning & night for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee or dinner outside! Just a short walk to Brennekes beach or the Mariott beach & Steps away from the pool. We’d love to stay again!
