This beautifully remodeled (2024) 2-bedroom, 2-bath, multi-level condo is just steps from Poipu Beach. AC keeps the living room and both bedrooms comfortable. The ground level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, guest bedroom with two twin beds & TV, full bath, and indoor laundry. The living area opens to a lanai and grassy lawn—perfect for a game of cornhole (provided).

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, two lanais, an office space with ocean views, walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite with walk-in shower & separate bathtub.Cable TV in the living room and bedrooms, plus a trundle sofa for a 5th guest ($50/night additional fee).

The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great amenities on the property as well as close proximity to the beach. Host was communicated in a timely manner and check in was smooth. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this updated end unit. The location is perfect. Poipu Beach is just a few minutes walk and a slightly longer walk takes you to Shipwreck Beach. The master bedroom is huge and the air conditioning makes the unit very comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again!

It was fantastic! Everything we were hoping for and more. Great views, excellent beach access, enjoyed the pools, grilling and the beach accessories provided. Property manager responded quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

This condo was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. We loved being able to leave the car parked and easily explore the area on foot. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable, and the condo itself was comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and walkable getaway.

Great Rental!

This was probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. It was like no one has ever stayed there before! Location is perfect, minutes from beaches, restaurants, shops. The pools were better than we expected. Beds were very comfortable and house is spacious. The only complaint is there were only 4 beach towels which meant we had to wash them at least once a day. Other than that it was perfect! Would stay there again in a heart beat!

Wonderful property! Spacious and clean and nicely located. Lots of extra amenities which made our stay comfortable. Easy 5 min walk to Brennecke Beach and a couple more minutes to Poipu Beach and a few food and dining options. Pools were also a close walk, a few minutes away. If you are considering booking this place, don’t hesitate!

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our time at 801!! The location and amenities were stellar. We only wish we had been able to stay longer. Property managers were great to work with and provided awesome service

This was a wonderful place to stay in Kauai! It is a close walk to Poipu Beach and in close proximity to all of our adventures. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location says it all!

We were here for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, quiet with stunning views and a great location near the beach. We'd be happy to stay here again.

great location and so well stocked

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is so well stocked that we ate all our dinners there on the lovely lanai. The location is also great. Will definately return.

Great condo with a great location.

Only thing missing was blinds for the master bedroom. Everything else was great. Would love to comeback.

This unit has blinds on all the windows except the cathedral window on the 2nd floor which is tinted for heat reflection. Being on the very top floor we chose to keep this window open since there is no properties in the vicinity, so no lack of privacy but thank you for your feedback. Mahalo 🤙🏽
