Super cute home and beautiful property. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved the back porch, having a private pool and the view. Notes to future renters…The front door lock is tricky. Lock from inside and turn handle to see if the latch doesn’t retract. Reviews that say the beach is 15 minute WALK, are not accurate. The quickest beach is about 25 minutes at brisk pace. There are several beach options in about a 10 minute drive. (Owners listing is accurate for proximity) Location is great, shopping and coffee/restaurants about 20 minute walk away. Lots of shops and food in 10 minute drive radius.

This home was gorgeous and exactly what wewere looking for. The pool was perfect and this is where we spent most of our time. John is highlyresponsive and communication was easy. We’d definitely book this house again. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our family vacation--my husband and me and our two adult children. The house was roomy and comfortable and in a great location with a beautiful view, including a sunset view. We enjoyed the large dining area for the nights we cooked, and of course the pool was wonderful! Beds and bathrooms and living area were all roomy and comfortable. My only disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor area. The outdoor dining table and chairs were very dirty, and I had to clean them myself before we could use them (the rags were black when I was finished). There were weeds growing up from the pool deck tiles and dead palm leaves and weeds blowing about. The cleaning people left a vacuum, mop, and broom sitting on the back deck as we walked outside--odd when there was a garage for that kind of storage. We enjoyed the house, the pool, and the location--and I would recommend it. But I expected a clean, guest-ready outdoor area at this price point.

Absolutely amazing stay. I have been to Kauai multiple times and this was our favorite, by a wide margin. The house is immaculate and the location is perfect. The backyard and pool area is the perfect place. The host was amazing and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough about this home. The house was wonderful, great location, beautiful sunset views over the golf course and you can even see the ocean, very tranquil. Neighborhood was quiet and close to all of Poipu. If you like to walk, you can even walk down to the beach, 10-15 min walk.Kitchen was well equipped and house was spacious. Beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest was available to use.Great communication with host. Only downfall is that we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Fun stay

The property was excellent for our extended family stay. Location was convenient to stores, beach, and shopping. House was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing house in Poipu

This house was amazing! It had amazing ventilation and flow through for the trade winds, it felt great in the kitchen and living room. And the bed rooms have their own mini-split air conditioning, so they were very comfortable as well.It was so nice and quiet being right on the golf course. The pool was great and we had several meals on the back patio.Everyone loved it and we would stay again in a heart beat.

Gorgeous Home Away From Home

A beautiful and relaxing property, perfect for a family with children. After day trip around Kauai, coming home to the pool was fabulous for young and old alike. A very quiet neighborhood.

Island Paradise

We have been to all islands and this was the best place we have ever stayed. If you enjoy watching golfers while laying in the pool… this is your spot. It was perfect weather, great neighborhood and close to everything.

Calm and convenient

Location ensured easy access to island activities. Home met all the needs of our family of 5, with bbq grill, and restaurants nearby. End of day by the pool was pleasant after a full day of activities.

We had a wonderful time staying at Milo Hae Hale! The room layouts and back lanai were perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. The location was great. Just a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is one level so was ideal for my parents with mobility issues. Just note, there are some steep steps to the front door. I missed that comment in the listing (it is written there). I saw wheelchair accessible so assumed easy access. We made it work and wouldn’t change anything about our stay.

Great stay

Our group had a great stay at this beautiful home. The peaceful setting was just what our group of busy professionals needed to unwind and gave us space to keep up on work in the mornings. The layout of the home gave each of us options to spread out or gather. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had.
