Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Aloha and welcome to Poipu Shores A405. A true oceanfront location with unobstructed, breath-taking views of the Pacific ocean and the Poipu coastline from the balcony. This home consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Sunsets, turtles and the waves crashing are daily sight to see. Onsite fresh water heated pool. This unit is on the top floor with elevator access. 

Poipu Shores is also within walking distance to Poipu Beach, Keoniloa Bay, Shipwrecks beach, and Brenneckes restaurant, and a short drive to historic Koloa Town. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

Beach Gear: We provide beach towels, a wagon, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The views from the deck and master bedroom of the ocean and Shoreline are fantastic. They’re not many places on any of the islands where condos have a swimming pool with palm trees built right into the Rocky cliff with shore line waves crashing next to you. The interior of the condo is very nice and well stocked and supplied with things you need. It’s beautiful!

Host is very responsive. I didn’t end up staying in this property so I can’t review. However, the property that we moved to was a great location, great views, clean, plenty of parking, and accommodating.

This condo was very pleasant, had a great view directly overlooking the ocean, very clean, all amenities as listed and in good condition, & always a parking spot available. The property contact person was delightful, responded quickly to questions, alerted us to stormy conditions coming up and super helpful. I especially liked that it was NOT full of little decos to need to be careful of. Strong Recommend for this one.

Nice large home. A little dated but still comfortable. We were originally booked in the oceanfront Koolkondo apartment but because it was getting some plumbing work, the owner moved us to the home at 2283 Hoo’hu. This review is for the home and not for the oceanfront apartment.

Can’t wait to go back!

Location is incredible! Can walk to multiple beaches and food locations. So fun to sit on patio and listen and watch waves crash. We loved every second of it and will be first place we book on our next trip.

Family time

Adult family of 5 enjoyed poipu shores! Beautiful view, great neighborhood and within walking distance of several perfect beaches. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Comfy beds.

What a fantastic place! We can start with the view, be careful it’s so spectacular you will find yourself never wanting to leave. Morning, afternoon or night. The unit is very nicely appointed, not so beachy it feels like FLA. but airy & spacious. We never turned on the tv. The location is so close to restaurants, within just a few minutes you’re right at beach restaurants, food trucks or get dressed-up spots. Rico, our host, was gracious with our few questions, the property mgr. was the nicest ever. The property overall is very well maintained, beautiful plants, parking is tight but we always had a spot right beside our walkway. I’d suggest a compact car just because. This unit has ac, fans & bedroom windows opening out over the surf. We did close the windows at night & could still fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Thanks Rico & everyone- keeping on eye on the calendar, want to come back in the fall!

Great condo with views of the island and surf

Convenient location minutes from beaches and restaurants. View from the balcony is impressive- watching the surf crashing into the rocks below. Corey and as always timely in addressing any problems and making suggestions for sights to see. We would definitely return for another stay here!

Perfection

Book this place! Thoughtfully appointed with everything you need - even laundry detergent. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great, but the best part were the views: cute turtles every morning and amazing sunsets every evening!

Christmas stay

We had a wonderful time staying over Christmas. There were binoculars in the condo and we spotted a whale and lots of sea turtles, and the balcony views were unbeatable. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the kitchen and fining/living spaces were great. It would be nice to have a few pantry staples for cooking other than salt and pepper, otherwise it was incredible! Location was perfect.

Beautiful Sunsets

This unit is perfect to watch the beautiful Hawaii sunsets. We were able to watch dolphins leaping out of the water, sea turtles feeding on the rocks and even a monk seal swimming in the water. The unit had everything you needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Views are amazing

The pictures of the view are accurate — simply stunning. Our main complaint is that the primary bathroom’s shower is outdated as is the living room sofa.

The Ocean is the Star

The ocean view, ocean access and ocean sounds are the star of this property. The unobstructed view of the ocean is beyond belief and the sound of the waves crashing on shore is a wonderful lullaby. The beach is close by with a short Oceanside stroll.

Amazing Property with Spectacular Views

planned this trip for my 81-year-old mother, who had always dreamed of seeing the turtles one last time. I found this property, and it couldn't have been more perfect—especially with elevator access, which made things much easier for her. We spent hours on the patio, enjoying the sound of waves crashing against the lava rocks and watching the turtles right from where we sat. It was a truly special and memorable experience.

Great location and great view

Everything was really great. Needed a boogie board and the owner delivered one to our door. Also had nice treats left for us in the run upon checkin e.g fruits, chocolate, coffee, wine, etc. There are actually two twin beds in the second bedroom.
