Football weekend

Perfect stay!

I wrote a review after our stay but wifi was spotty and it looks like it didn’t post so I have to leave another one to give this place its props! We stayed here over NYE weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call our temporary home. The house was spotless, had everything we needed to cook and relax, and there were lots of cute details in the furnishings. The backyard is huge and there’s a nice deck where we enjoyed sitting each morning to listen to the birds and watch the squirrels. The location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go in a short amount of time and the street was quiet and peaceful. The listing says one bathroom so we were pleasantly surprised to find THREE! Loved our stay and Shawn was super responsive. We had no issues during our stay but could have easily reached him if needed. If I make it to Charlotte again I would definitely check for this place first!

Great home and location!

The house was really clean and well decorated! The deck out back and fenced in backyard was really nice, and there's even a nice little view of the city from the back. The location was great for us as well. Thanks again for letting us use your home!

Not the house we saw online

unfortunately although the location was great this was not the house we saw online- the manager put us in a different property because of a maintenance issue and did not inform us of the change-when contacted they said we could move to the original property the next day but we were only staying 2 nights so did not think it was worth it- location is great but property needs painted, has stains on the carpet, and had serious water damage to first floor ceiling.
