Corkscrew Flats subdivision is a 18 year old development walking distance to Main Street on Wellington Road. Views of Mt Baldy and French Creek. Hiking and biking trials. On bus route for easy access to the lifts and historic town of Breckenridge. Condo is a home completed in October 2007. New furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, with great views and private entrance with patio seating next to French Creek. Owners are available for assistance during your stay. King bed, Direct TV with streaming available, stereo, DVD, free WI-FI, 9 foot ceilings, and in floor radiant heat for your comfort. Smoke and pet free quiet unit.

This place is the best—-gorgeous views, beautiful and well appointed accommodation, great location, lovely host. What more could you ask for! And you even get to sleep with the sounds of the French River flowing nearby!

The condo was clean, very comfortable with beautiful surroundings including a Mountain View and had all amenities you need. Our host was great and everything went very well. We would most definitely stay there again!

Christmas Ski Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Very comfortable bed, shower had lots of hot water, and we had a beautiful view out our living room window. It was extremely close to the bus pick up and the bus was very easy to get to and from the ski slopes. We loved staying here!

French Creek Condo

Warm cozy, convenient place to spend a few days on the slopes. Shuttle access made maneuvering through Breckenridge simple. We had a wonderful stay that was quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

The perfect location for visiting Breck. We were literally minutes from downtown and right on French Creek. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was perfect and the host was incredible. I highly recommend!

Breath-taking views.

Close proximity to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed listening to the creek, which ran alongside the Vrbo. Nice area to go for walks or ride a bike.

Perfect base to explore Breckenridge

This property fit us perfectly. It was close to downtown, but not too close. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing French Creek through the open windows. The property is small, but well laid out and organized, so that we had plenty of space. We would book it again without hesitation.

Great stay

Really enjoyed this property and the location. Lots of light for a downstairs unit on the main house. Quiet neighborhood and great views. As stated, it is a downstairs unit, so the only knock is hearing the upstairs foot traffic.

Mountain escape

Perfect place for an escape from the heat. The cozy little unit was located surrounded by trees, mountains and the sound of the river. This only added to the charm. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property, attached to a beautiful home with its own private entrance. Windows look out to the morning sun and mountains. Creek runs along property, sounds amazing. 5 mins to Breckenridge Main Street.

We have lived in town for 30 years and find Breckenridge one of the most beautiful and active places in the Rocky Mountains.
