Nicely remodeled studio, great location. Cozy 300 square foot studio condominium with small kitchenette, perfect for a couples getaway or 2 friends.

Solid maple hand scraped floors. Maple cupboards, cedar wall in entry creates a warm kitchenette where you can prepare meals.

Ski in to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift.

Built in maple queen Murphy bed with 14" mattress and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Sofa bed is as comfortable as a sofa bed can be, but understand it is still a sleeper sofa, so not as comfortable as the Murphy bed.

Deck and window face directly south for lots of Colorado sunshine.

Dining table, seats four.

HD Digital TV with 114 channels, DVD player, assortment of DVDs.

Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.

It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from mid/late September until opening ski weekend and from mid April until Memorial Day.

Note to summer visitors, our condo like most all in Breck does not have AC. July is the warmest month and the temperature rarely gets above 75 and evening/night temps are in the 50s. We have plenty of fans.

Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December. The snowflake lift usually closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions. Access to Peak 8 after that is via bus or the gondola.

We highly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel or have trip a interruption. Previous guests have had really good luck with Travel Guard as they offer different plans, i.e. "cancel for any reason").

Father / Son Ski Trip

Everything was as presented. Our host - Suzanne and Jim were so accommodating and communicative. Everything was great - super convenient location, to the lift - to town and shops/restaurants - and the ski in at the end of the day was a breeze. 10/10

Over all nice place for a couple.

Over all nice place for a couple or single. Bed was comfortable. Shower is very small stall. Mini fridge was good enough for 1-2 food.

No complaints!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We lucked out with the weather for our ski trip and were able to ski right to the back of our unit which was amazing. The unit was clean and cozy, check in was a breeze, and the hosts were communicative. We slept on the Murphy bed which was surprisingly super comfy! We were blown away with our stay and will definitely be back again.

Cute cozy getaway

This is perfect for a couple! Very clean and comfortable. We walked to dinner and hiking trail very close to condo. Front door is on the river!

Breck vacation

This condo is the perfect size for 1-2 people. It is also the perfect location. It’s just a short walk to Main St. I also loved having the Sawmill trail so close. Great place!!

Beautiful stay

Loved the creek running through, the property was close to the bus lines or a short walk to town. Loved that there was onsite parking also. The property owners were excellent at communicating too. Overall we had a great stay.

Good location

It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.

Amazing Get Away

My husband and I stayed here for a trip out to Breckenridge for the first time. This place was a gem. Perfect for a couple. Small but super efficient. Amazingly well organized and better stocked than some larger places we have stayed in. Across the street from the Snow Flake lift which was so convenient and we could ski back along 4 O'clock run right to the back door. Able to walk around the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy stay

The condo was a perfect size for my wife and I. Easy walk to the Snowflake lift with all our gear and we were able to ski back at the end of the day. Walking into town was easy as well. The space itself was well organized and the owners are easy to communicate with.

Great Ski Spot

The condo was in a great location with easy ski in access and a short 2 min walk to the lift. It’s perfect for 2 people, but can be a little small with luggage and ski gear. Overall a great place! The host checked in on us multiple times and allowed us to check in early!

Great to ski Breckenridge

Condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything my adult son and I needed to enjoy a couple of days skiing. Immediate access to Breckenridge ski area with a short walk to snowflake lift and the ability to ski back to the parking lot of the building. Short downhill walk to downtown Breckenridge shops and restaurants. Host clearly communicated check in and check out procedures and proactively allowed us to check in as soon as the unit was ready. Hope to return to this unit next year!

Great small condo close to snowflake lift. Condo was spotless. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered immediately. Great communication from host. We would stay again!

Fun 3 days, transportation was tough

Could have had more open information about the shuttle or bus routes to get around town. Uber was about the most expensive in this town than I have ever seen!

We live in Minnesota and we spend as much time as we can in Colorado. Long term we hope to trip the balance the other way and live in Colorado and visit Minnesota.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

When we bought this condo in the spring of 2015 it hadn't had much done to it since the early 70's when it was built. We saw lots of potential which also meant a lot of work!

We have a larger condo in the same complex that we also use and rent. As our kids have grown we find a lot of the time it's just us and Penny Pug. It's quite cozy and bright so makes for a nice place for just us.
