The Cedar House 4 blocks from Main Street

Entire house just for yourself, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious kitchen. You're only a few blocks away from downtown Leadville with activities close by such as the Mineral Belt Trail, the Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all local restaurants, attractions such as the museums and Turquoise Lake. If you are a skier then you will be satisfied that the nearby ski resorts like Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are only less than half an hour away. We have two cameras that are on and recording. Both are located on the front of the property. One pointing to the fire pit and one pointing towards the trash bin.

Wonderful

This was our second stay at the Cedar House and it was just as perfect. Well decorated, clean, and plenty of space for the 5 of us, perfect location, short walk to town and quick drive to the slopes. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We highly recommend it and hope to return again soon.

Amazing house

Wonderfully decorated house. Close to everything. Very cozy . Price was reasonable. Host was very accommodating in regards to availability and check in & check out times. Would definitely recommend this place .

Nice stay

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights. It was a great location for skiing at Cooper. The photos were 100% accurate, and we enjoyed our stay.

Super nice and fully stocked

Loved our stay. Came w my 15yo son and a friend. Each had our own room and separate bath for my friend from my son and me. Kitchen had excellent cooking utensils and supplies including a full spice rack! Even thought “it’d be nice if they had a crock pot” and they did!! Very clean. The layout is a bit odd With the one bath opening into the kitchen, but it’s Leadville. All the places are a bit quirky.

Thanksgiving in Leadville

Perfect property for our visit with dogs. Easy walk up the street to trails and nature. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and we had all we needed to make the most complicated meal of the year.

Sister overnight getaway

What a great find for an overnight stay in Leadville! Easy to find. Very clean with a lot of updates to the house. And we were impressed with how amply stocked it was - from toiletries to kitchen supplies. I recommend The Cedar House.

Good location, not so good for the # of adults

I booked this lodging months in advance for a niece’s Sept wedding at the Freight venue in Leadville. I chose the place based on the location and 3 queen size beds for 5 adults (my husband and me, an adult daughter, and an adult daughter and her husband.)The place was too small for 5 adults but the description was accurate. Two of the 3 bedrooms are very small. Beds are comfortable but bedding could (should?) be upgraded to a better quality. The place was clean but amenities seemed inexpensive. The neighborhood was mixed. When considering the amount that I paid ($1200 for 3 nights), I felt I chose poorly. My family was understanding.

This property was perfect for acclimating to altitude in preparation for our hike. Clean and cozy. For out-of-state lowlanders we quite comfortable.

High mountain bliss!

This is a sweet home located just a few blocks from the town’s Main Street. Easy parking, easy access, lovely kitchen and bathrooms, good bedrooms. Everything matched the listing! We would definitely stay at this home again.

Good for 3 couples

We stopped here for one night on our drive from Denver to Ouray. The house was stocked with everything we needed (plus some). Super easy check in and out process. It was exactly what we needed.

Great spot and everything you need for little get away!

Everything as listed! About four blocks from bars and restaurants! Safeway less than a mile up The road! Home has everything you need for stay! Host responsive! We had no issues during our stay, couple neighbors playing with side by sides out front but neighborhood nice a quiet for most part!recommend and would stay again!
