This property was everything we could ask for. The host was very responsive when we had questions arise. We rented this location for a family trip and it was quite roomy.

The townhome is incredible! The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is the most well stocked than I've ever seen. Every item of the home shows forethought by the host to simplify and accommodate the stay for the guest. The home is well stocked for younger guests with things to do.

Lots of bedrooms, fit our group well. Kids really enjoyed the games. Pool was nice and very close. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes. Host provided plentiful towels and paper goods to last the week. Close to nice grocery stores. It took some traveling but we were able to visit Zion, Bryce, Kolab. Clean neighborhood. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Great stay

The house comfortably accommodated our group of 16. It was perfectly located for our Zion adventures, and when we weren't exploring the park, we loved relaxing by the pool. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus! Everyone had a fantastic time.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful 7-bedroom resort townhome near Zion National Park. The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax after exploring the park, and the spacious layout made it ideal for our group. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our host was welcoming and responsive, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient base near Zion!

Great house.

Had a great weekend stay. The house had plenty of room for our group. The bedrooms were great. The game room for the kids were awesome. The pool and hot tub made entertaining the kids at night a breeze. Overall a great experiance.

Beautiful very modern condo!

This condo was everything it stood it was and more! Absolutely amazing and very modern. Had plenty of dish wear, cook wear, spices, towels, basic supplies and more. Our party could not have been happier. The backdrop view was spectacular surrounded bu the Utah beauty. Access to a pool, hot tub and common area as well as our own private hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and eating space. We loved every minute and would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!

Amazing Property for a Family Reunion!

Stayed here with extended family during the Ironman 70.3 world championships. Everything about this property was perfect! Lots of parking. Lots of room for everyone. Amazing common areas to hang out. Easy access to St. George and the surrounding area. Very clean and organized. It was everything we could have asked for, and more. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it to any large group visiting the Hurricane/St, George area.

Extended family vacation

Wonderful time in Utah. Renee is super to work with, always quick to answer questions. Home is in a growing community. The young adults in our group enjoyed being so close the pool. I loved the lazy river. Enjoyed Zion 3 days, Bryce Canyon 1 day & did a hike in Hurricane. Home is exactly as stated in the ad, plenty of room for our group of 20

Spacious Escape Near Zion

Great location for easy access to Zion and super close proximity to the pool facility. Was an awesome getaway with 3 families and plenty of space to spare. Kids could not get enough of the in-room arcade setup. Great host as well.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

My family of 10 (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have made this our home base throughout our trip. Two days was not enough. Renee was easy to communicate with and clearly cares about her property and making everyone comfortable. I rented four different homes on our National Park tour and this condo is by far the best property. The amenities in the condo and the condo complex cannot be beat. Our second night we relaxed by the pool and cooked on the community grills. It was great. The condo is exactly as presented and we were very comfortable. I would rent this property again. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you Renee!

Great home for a large group, great proximity to the clubhouse (was able to watch the kids in the pool from the living room), and nice Location for Zion activities.

Great place

Three families stayed here over spring break and thought it was great. Kids loved the pool. They are a bit older so it was great we could keep and eye on them from the patio. Plenty of space and the two bunk rooms worked great for the kids we brought. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Epicenter of fun and adventure

Perfect location our large family of 2 - 57 yr Olds. All needed amenities plus the pools are right outside. Pool guests were kind and shut things down by 10PM but were that noisy. Video game room was a huge plus and loved by all ages. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, chairs, etc. IF we plan on Zion NP again we will work our plans around getting this location! 👍🏼
