We loved our stay in Hurricane and the house was so awesome for our family reunion.

Thank you for the kind words. A family reunion is exactly the sort of trip this house was set up for, and we are glad there was room for everyone. Hurricane makes a good base for a group that size. We would be glad to host the whole family again.

Wonderful unit! AC works great. Pool is fun for the whole family. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying that the townhouse is very spacious and great for a large party with the number of rooms, bathrooms and beds and it was very clean. The amenities with the lazy river, pool and Pickleball courts are the other reason we decided to stay here, but unfortunately, we didn’t have access to any of those things because the fob required to get into these areas could not be located. The property management was never able to resolve this issue. Additionally, we had some problems with hot water, the first couple of days which was resolved. When we arrived, the dishwasher smelled like sewage, which was never addressed, but we finally cleaned it out so that we could use it. None of the outdoor furniture had been cleaned either so we couldn’t really utilize it because it had red rock dust all over everything. Lastly, it would’ve been nice if the amenities within the home such as the grill, pots and pans, and even the toaster would’ve been in better shape. Oddly lots of lights bulbs missing and a hanging recessed light in the shower which was a bit if a safety issue. We did ask for some refund for not getting access to the amenities. I was told they would look into it, but I never heard back. Could be a great place, but the details count when you’re renting a home and the lack of follow up from property management was unfortunate.

Not being able to use the amenities, and then not hearing back about it, is not the experience we want anyone to have and we are sorry for that.
