Property location is great for balloon festival. Area is quiet and home was ready early and clean. Be prepared to use Apps on tv as no cable to get local news. Master bedroom is upstairs with steep steps so we had to use downstairs bedroom as my husband couldn’t do the steps so be prepared if you have medical limitations. Garage and opener was nice to utilize to put rental car in every night. I recommend this house for anyone visiting Albuquerque that needs 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Host is very prompt with response.

Beautiful home! Quiet but close to stores, restaurants & shopping. We had a great time visiting Albuquerque for the first time and our stay felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the host Francisco for timely responses & call back.

Lovely home in a perfect location for us. Spotlessly clean. The only caveat is that the stairs to the upper bedrooms are carpeted and very steep. Otherwise perfect!
