Our villa features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer in the villa. We are conveniently located in Hilton Head Resort on the first floor of bldg. 4 overlooking the tennis courts. The villa is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and just steps away from the elevator and pools.

The villa sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full and a separate twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Two full bathrooms stocked with blow dryers and towels. The washing machine and dryer are located in the main bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, teapot, pots & pans, dishes & utensils.

The living room has a 50in flat screen smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix or Hulu. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community that offers many free amenities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub & sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton court, volley ball, arcade, BBQ & picnic area and an onsite store & deli (open seasonally), along with Coco s Oceanfront Bar & Grill (open seasonally).

Just a short distance to the secluded beach, approx. an 8-10min walk, on the resorts private boardwalk which offers beautiful views of the salt water marsh. The villa includes a new beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your convenience. A seasonal shuttle to the beach is also available.

For your entertainment, the condo has an assortment of card games, board games, books, tennis rackets and badminton rackets.

Also includes bath towels, linens, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Pets/Animals are NOT allowed at the resort.
Villa is non-smoking

Conveniently located 1 mile from Shelter Cove with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and next door to the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Palmetto Dunes.

This is simply the very best place we have ever stayed at!!!! Will definitely be back when I can stay longer. Quiet a walk to the beach, but nonetheless an enjoyable one. Wonderful host, super nice and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo over the weekend. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Carol was very prompt by text. Everything was just as advertised. Very happy with our stay. Seen starfish, and sand dollars on the beach. That was amazing. The amenities were plentiful. Super nice place. Very clean.

Our first experience to Hilton Head Island and this was a fabulous place to stay! Great location and very safe! Pools and amenities were very clean! Boardwalk to a less crowded beach was an extra bonus! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Nice place overall. Very responsive. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but direct access from boardwalk. There are shuttles that helps on time.

Great property only complaint was our key code quick working first thing Sunday morning instead of st 11. Luckily one person stayed behind in the condo to let us in or we would have been locked out without our belongings.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed here in late April and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The condo was perfect and the beach supplies were such a bonus. Our family loved this stay so much my husband is already talking about coming back! The beach was perfect. Such a happy time was had staying here.

Fun with family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo! The rooms were very nice, the beach supplies were great, and we enjoyed many meals with the use of the equipped kitchen. The indoor and outdoor pools were fun for our kids to enjoy and the stroll to the beach on the boardwalk was a bit of a walk, but the view of the scenery and possible alligator sightings made it fun for the family on the way. We enjoyed our time away together.

I’m sorry but the place was dirty. The host did respond quickly and sent the cleaning lady out to clean which was done very poorly. The lady that came starting yelling at my daughter because she didn’t know who brought the paper towel or was it there. The handyman came because the furnace/ac fan ran 24/7. He said he needed to get a part and a filter and said he would be the next day never showed up. With 2 bathrooms and 5 people there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom if we needed more we had to go buy it ourselves. Never heard of such a thing . Anywhere else we have stayed at had as much toilet paper as we needed. The pillow in the master bedroom had a blood stain on it. We had some fruit flies like crazy in the 2nd bedroom. My granddaughter crawled under the bed and found a rotten banana. Removed it and flies left. I don’t think we should remove a banana as quest. The pool area were great and the wagon with beach toys was a great idea. All in all the outdoor and indoor pools were beautiful. I so sorry I would never book again.
