Cozy Condo location is everything - Walk to Beach, Coligny and Celebration Park.

Newly updated condo, across the street from Coligny plaza and 1.5 blocks from the beach. We fell in love with HHI and bought our first place and renovated in 2017/2018. We love coming here for a getaway with our friends or with our children and grandchildren. We worked hard to make this place a comfy and inviting second home. It was done with love and hopefully you will feel just as at home here as we do!

Highlights: A very comfy king bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 full beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom was redone with a walk in shower. Perfect for showering yourself, your kids or for those of us in the older crowd who don't do as well with step in tub showers.

Travelling with your family? We have what you need. Games, toys, pack n' play and a booster high chair.

Box fans available for you white noise/fan sleepers as well

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit. Also, the laundry equipment available for guests use is coin operated, you'll need quarters.

Great place to relax!

This condo was in such a great location, walking distance to Coligny and the beach! Grocery store is Handy and within walking distance, too. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing time at HHI.

Location was fantastic!

We had a fantastic trip. The condo is located very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. We rented bikes and had them delivered for the week prior to getting there. We biked everywhere. The beach was fantastic to ride on and had bike seats for our 1 year old and 3 year old. We did not do a ton of cooking but did make a couples lunches and breakfasts. The piggly wiggly is a block away and we went there many times. My 3 year old keeps asking to go back on vacation there.

Not so cozy condo

Bed mattress uncomfortable ,pillows terrible. Had to climb into bed since so high off the floor Not at all suitable for older people. The carpeting was very dirty. The shower controls were a joke , either get scalded or you froze. Amen

Perfect Location

Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen stocked for nicely for dining in. Location is the best. Near Beach, restaurants and grocery.

Clean, Convenient, & Cozy

We had a great time at Mimi's! Close to the beach, easy access to the pool, and just as described. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Very clean.

Location was great. The lock box on door knob was annoying. There is a code on a dead bolt that was used to lock and unlock the door, but you have to pull the door when locking it, this was hard to do with the additional lock box on the door. The place was clean and the location was amazing. The only negative thing is there is no coin machine in the laundry room and I could find anywhere willing to give me change with-in walking distance.

Not quite as listed

My only reason for choosing this property was the 5 star rating but in reality it should be a 3 at best. The bathroom walls were filthy as well as the awful brown shag carpet in both bedrooms. The sliding door does not lock and the screen door is severely ripped. The location is excellent and the owner was very good at responding but the place definitely needs upgrades in order to justify a 5 star rating.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful condo, 5 mins walk to the beach. Location is the best. Condo has all that you need, comfy beds, shower and kitchen. Very safe area and restaurants and grocery store 2 mins walk. Definitely stay here if you like the buzz of Coligny Beach.

The best location

This property is literally steps from Coligny plaza and the beach. We walked or rode our bikes to everything. Although the property is older, the grounds are kept well and Mimi's By the Sea has been renovated nicely. This property was also cleaned very well and had nice extras throughout to make our stay convenient. Thanks Mimi!!

Hilton stay

The place was very clean. It was nice and quiet & close to beach , shops & restaurants. The only complaints that we had were there were not enough towels or wash cloths for the stay, and they might need to work on the door. If one of you were in the room & the other needed to just dash out to the car for something, you had to lock the door. It wouldn"t stay closed otherwise.

Absolutely great rental!

Four 50 plus ladies, college friends came together to have the most wonderful beach trips. We plan to make it an annual event and hope to make Mimi's condo our place to stay! Everything was perfect! Clean, safe, location, and Mimi were all perfect!

Wonderful location

Mimi’s by the Sea was perfect for our little family’s first vacation. The location was perfect near a lively shopping center and nice walking distance to the beach. Hilton Head is bursting with activities for the family and simply beautiful. After busy days seeing the island and enjoying the beach, the condo was perfect for us to relax and prepare for the next days adventures. Amanda made our experience easy and provided us with ideas that we enjoyed! Recommend this location!

Perfect Girl’s Trip!!

We loved staying at Mimi’s by the Sea! She was very accommodating and the place was very clean, which was a big one for us. It’s obvious that this is a well cared for location. The walk to the beach takes about 7 minutes (with beach supplies), so I do recommend using a cart or wagon, especially if traveling with little ones and lots to carry. We had 3 adults and plenty of room to move about, plus more bed space if needed. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Location

Location is incredible, especially for the price. Short walking distance to the beach and Coligny shopping center (restaurants, bars, groceries, etc). Condo was as described - clean and tidy. Some updating could be done as far as decor, appliances, and dishes/glasses go. Fresh paint (lots of dirty spots on the walls) and replacing of the sliding glass and screen doors to patio would also go a long way, but just suggestions (handles on bathroom sink need tightened as well). Was great for my husband and I and our two young children. Pool area was clean and we felt comfortable swimming there so close to post-pandemic. Angela was responsive and helpful with inquiries.

Granddaughter's Graduation Celebration

My granddaughter, daughter and I (grandmother) enjoyed "Mimi's By Sea" for 5 days during the Memorial Day Holiday. This unit was decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops, so we hardly moved the car. It is a short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Incredible location and hassle free process

This property exceeded my expectations. The location is superb. Directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. Skillets, my favorite breakfast place, and Piggly Wiggly, are both just steps away, as are dozens of restaurants and shops. The beach is a short one block away. You really dont even need a car. The condo was very quaint and clean, and the bathroom and shower are very nice. To top it off the king sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I usually stay at Marriott properties and this bed blows theirs away. Angela was super easy to work with and responds to any messages almost instantly. I didnt use the pool, but it looked very nice and is very well maintained. I'd stay there again in a minute.

Mimi’s Is Great!

This was our first trip to HHI and Mimi’s place was absolutely perfect! Check in was a breeze, the location was perfect, and Angela was so easy to work with. We cannot wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Staying with us at Sands Village you'll be a three minute walk to one of the miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
In addition Celebration Park is now open, 2 blocks from your villa. Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.
Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
