Hilton Head Resort Condo with Private Beach Boardwalk & Indoor Pool!

This second-floor condo sits inside Hilton Head Resort, a gated mid-island property with a private boardwalk that takes you straight to the Atlantic and to Coco's Beach Bar waiting at the end of it. The beach is roughly 300 yards away, an easy 10-minute stroll over the marsh.

Year-round, you'll have access to:

•Heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna
•Six lighted tennis courts
•Fitness room with treadmill, bike, & weights
•Indoor jogging track
•Free golf cart shuttle to the beach (peak season)

From March 1 through October, the resort opens two additional outdoor pools, a poolside deli in Building 1, and Coco's Beach Bar, the open-air spot right on the sand that guests come back for every year.

We're here for you! Connecting with us is simple: use the VRBO app, email, or give us a call. Whether it's a quick question or something more, we're ready and happy to assist throughout your stay.

Free parking is included on-site. The resort is centrally located on the island at mile marker 7 on William Hilton Parkway, making it easy to reach everything without a long drive.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM via smart lock — no need to meet anyone. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

The boardwalk puts you at Singleton Beach (marker 94), one of Hilton Head's wider, quieter stretches. From the condo, you're also a short bike ride from Shelter Cove Marina, where you'll find waterfront restaurants and shops. Palmetto Dunes Golf Course, consistently ranked among the top courses on the East Coast, is right next door, and the island's famous 11-mile lagoon system winds through the property for kayaking and fishing.

Coligny Beach Park, Harbour Town, and the Tanger Outlets are all within a 10–15 minute drive.

Nice location and clean rooms. Loved having two full bathrooms. Lovely facilities and good access to the beach. Great communication with the host.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The unit itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more). Everything was thoughtfully set up, which made it feel like a home away from home.We truly appreciated the level of care and communication from the host, and it made a big difference in our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay!

Short stay in Hilton Head Island

We had a great stay in a well appointed apartment in very good location. Eric was a great host given us all the info we needed and more for a really comfortable stay. The resort has access to the beach and we the apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or small group of friends .

A wonderful Hilton Head stay

This a great condo to call home base for a trip to Hilton Head. The pictures are very accurate of the condo. It is close to everything, and the indoor pool was very useful on non-beach days. We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Beachy Beach.

Great place

Great place to stay. Highly recommend bringing a wagon or cooler on wheels as the walk to the beach is a little lengthy. Beautiful condo, great location, complex is huge. We had a blast and really enjoyed outlrselves.

So FUN

We had so much fun at the resort. Pickle ball, pool, boardwalk to beach. We felt safe and had a great time. Great neighborhood and easy to ride bikes everywhere!

Beachy Beach

The condo was super clean and plenty of room for our family. The resort was very well maintained by the staff. Although the walk to the beach is a little long, there is a shuttle service and the other amenities as well as the cleanliness of the condo and the resort make up for it.

Great weekend getaway!

Very happy with this condo! Very clean, perfect size for our family of 3. Owner very responsive when ac wasn't working properly and had it fixed the next day. Very homey feeling too, loved the little book of things to do in hhi also😊

Girls' Weekend

My lifelong friend and I booked this location for a weekend getaway. It was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed time on the beach, walking around Hilton Head, and just relaxing in the condo.

HHI 2024

We've been coming to the island for the past 12 years. We have stayed in many different condos within Hilton Head Resort. We had a wonderful time this year and fantastic weather! The host, Eric, was amazing! Quick to answer and made our trip a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

Great communication from owner

This was a perfect little place for our spring break. My 5 and 8 year old got a lot out of the indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach was actually really lovely. We saw lots of bird fishing. We enjoyed cocos on the beach for dinner one night, right next to the ocean. Eric, the owner, was super fast at responding to emails.

Spring Break Getaway

Everything was better than we expected. The villa was clean and spacious for our family of four. Loved that we only had to open the door and head downstairs to play pickle ball. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but riding bikes was so much fun. Bike rentals on site made renting bikes super easy. We biked to Shelter Cove a couple of times during our 5 night stay. Plenty to do at the resort with two teens. We would definitely stay there again.

Good stay

The home was just what we needed. Clean and set up right for us and our two teen boys. You can hear every step above you however. Sadly we weren’t able to rent bikes or any tennis equipment which was a big disappointment. The property didn’t have anyone staffing the bike area and no tennis equipment was available to rent either and my boys were disappointed. The deli- was also closed. The walk to the beach is father than any other property we have stayed on, so we’d probably choose something closer to the shore next time. The property owner was very responsive.

Loved it!

It is exactly as advertised which I love, there were no surprises on what you were getting. Very nice and clean. Property manager is quick at responding. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean and comfortable stay! Well located to access the outside/ indoor pools and boardwalk to the beach. The owner clearly communicated access to the property. My daughter and friends had a great time! Look forward to staying again!

This unit had all the right "C's" Cozy, Cute, Clean and Close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

Eric was very responsive to any needs. The unit is as described and most importantly clean. The boardwalk was beautiful a nice walk directly to the beach or you could opt to take the courtesy shuttle. We even rode our bikes to see the sunrise the last morning. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of 3 that moved to South Carolina in 2013 from Michigan. We like all of the beaches in South Carolina but find we like HHI the best.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Hilton Head Resort is great. We love the pace of mid-island much more than the bustle and congestion of Coligny. I like that we can go to the beach and not be right on top of other beach goers.
