This brand new build is in the heart of South Sandpoint. No detail was overlooked on this apartment. You’ll find everything you need in this modern farmhouse style cottage. The boat launch and Memorial Field is less than 2 blocks away. Enjoy The Festival at Sandpoint with either a short walk or listen from the deck. Downtown is less than a 10 minute walk away where you can swim at city beach, do some shopping or antiquing, or enjoy either a great cup of coffee or a local brew.

This was a great spot, in a great location. We were there for an event, and were able to walk pretty much everywhere we went. The place was clean and nice. I would highly recommend this place and definitely hope to be back soon.

This was a great VRBO! It was clean, well appointed, peaceful and quiet in a lovely neighborhood. Host was super responsive and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely give this a 5 star rating and will hopefully book again with Malina and Matt! Thank You for sharing this great place!

The place was wonderful!! Clean, had a great kitchen with all the necessities. Comfortable bed. Small balcony but still very enjoyable for morning coffee and afternoon wine overlooking quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and relaxing accommodations. Host was friendly and helpful! Location in Sandpoint was fabulous, a short walk to downtown area for shopping. Close to the lake. Would easily stay here again. Furnishings were fun!

This was the perfect place to stay for our Sandpoint visit. It is located in a cozy neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Sandpoint, away from any noise and traffic.The property was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like home.The location is super convenient making it easy to travel in and out of town for our daily activities.We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sandpoint.

Clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful, ant the bed very comfortable. It all made for an amazing stay.

This was our second time staying here, but our first time with our 2 year old son. He acclimated to the place rather quickly and the hosts warmed up to him as well. We would see the hosts almost daily when we were coming and going and would talk about our daily travels. They gave us some great pointers and advice on local attractions and places to eat. 2 days into our 5 day stay, the window AC unit went out and Matt had it replaced by the time we got back from our daily outing. Fortunately, we come from a much warmer and humid climate so the mild temperatures of north Idaho never really required an AC necessity. I was really impressed with the quick response on getting the issue addressed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay; great hosts.

Very nice looking place inside and out. Excellent neighborhood for walking around. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Sandpoint. The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful!! The location is very convenient to town. The owners allowed us to have a late checkout so my husband could take a business call. Thanks Matt and Malia for a great stay.

We had a great stay in this place. Excellent location, very functional and comfortable space that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a perfect place to have a blissful vacation! Will definitely look to rebook next time we are in Sandpoint.

Stayed Again & Loved It Again

We had our second summer-time trip here, and found this place super convenient, ultra clean and unbelievably comfortable. We didn't want to leave the cozy king bed or the sounds of the owls in the trees or the well-appointed kitchen. We're already talking about a third trip back!

Beautiful Lake/Moubtain community

We loved our stay in Sandpoint. The cottage was perfect, very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time exploring the surrounding areas. The weather was amazing! I’d definitely stay there again!

Our first visit to Sandpoint ID

We so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood, the lovely home away from home. It had everything we needed and we were only a short drive to Switzer Mtn. And we were able to drive to the swinging bridge in Montana. We will definitely stay again, when we come to visit.

Home away from home

We had the best weekend staying here. I cooked all our meals and was delighted to have a gas range and perfectly appointed little kitchen. The bed and sofa were cozy. Plenty of privacy and adorable neighborhood for a walk. Very kind owners and easy to communicate with.
