Eagle's View on Douglas Lake - On the lake w/ Main Channel and Smoky Mtn views!!

Enjoy beautiful sunrise and mountain views each morning
Newer custom built home completed in 3/2017, sleeps 6 adults (3 couples), 2 full baths, three bedrooms, plus studio with twin/trundle pull out, laundry room with washer and dryer. All on one level. High ceilings with huge windows showing gorgeous mountain and water views. There is a large dock for your boats and/or jet ski (boat lift/covered area not available for guest use & please refer to TVA info for lake levels-owner has no control over TVA operations). Very large rooms: kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master suite has a California size King bed, large walk in closet, bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a large walk in shower. There are two Queen bedrooms and a studio with a twin/ trundle bed. The hall bath is located near the two queen rooms and the studio room and has a single sink vanity, with toilet and tub/shower. There is an air hockey table in the living room and a 6 person Hot Tub on the patio. Enjoy the views from the large deck that opens to the living area and has steps down to the jacuzzi patio. Electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy as well as an outside fire pit area. This is an amazing home for a wonderful family vacation. Only 5 min. to stores, Marina with boat and jet ski rentals (only open during the season), as well as Restaurants! Only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

Eagle’s View provided a comfortable environment for our vacation at beautiful Douglas Lake. The views were exceptional and the dock area was a great place to fish and access the water for swimming/floating. We brought our own kayak and enjoyed short excursions around the coves surrounding the property. We really appreciated the privacy of the property, which was in a wooded, rural neighborhood with only one close neighboring house which was unoccupied during our stay.The home was very clean on the inside and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils. The mattresses and living room and outdoor furniture were serviceable, but could use an upgrade. However, these weren’t major issues.Overall, a wonderful home to enjoy a relaxing lake vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay right on the lake—so peaceful and relaxing. Spent our days fishing and soaking in the beautiful views. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Spring break with the kids

Everything was very comfortable and felt like home! The views were amazing, whether it was looking out the back patio or sitting in the hot tub looking at a million stars. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful property & great views of the lake & mountains. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchen & all good appliances too. Just know that lake access is on a steep hill but so worth the effort. Lots of deer & hawks to see on the property! Easy ride to Food City grocery store that has a large selection of items & fun cafe. Thanks again for a fun stay!! Rich & Tom

Lovely home

This house was lovely to stay in. The views were amazing, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and the interior of the house is nice. There were some things we didn’t love but these were things that we felt didn’t need “fixed” during our stay. There were tons of ants outside that liked to crawl on us- on the deck railing and on the patio/fire place area. However, we are in the mountains so we expected bugs and looking at previous reviews it looks like a bug person comes to spray quarterly. Not a huge issue. The path to the dock is quite steep and with the loose stones it can be a bit tricky (especially when carrying a 2 year old). Again, nothing that could be fixed by the property owners. The things stated above did not outweigh the pros of staying at this house , though. We did meet the owners -my dad said they were nice to talk to and the communication we did have with them was positive . This house worked nicely for the company that came with us and I would recommend this house to friends/family who may want to visit in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us !
