The house is located at a walking distance from the marina, yacht club and golf course. Your visible neighbors are deer, wild rabbits and turkeys with occasional visits from peacocks. You may spot some red foxes, turtles, and raccoons. You will be in desirable civilization within minutes, taking walks in the streets of historic St. James or Smithtown. There is plenty of night-life in the surrounding area, but if you desire the Hamptons or NYC, they are both under an hour Uber ride away.
As this home appears in the market for the first time, we are offering a discounted rate this year. Next year rates will be well over $10,000 per night.
