Serene Ocean Beach Stay

Beach cottage was a beautiful addition to my stay while in San Diego for business. Spent every morning on the porch swing with a cup of coffee and ocean views. Neighbors are friendly, easy walk to the beach

Excellent location...offers great opportunities to view incredible sunsets. Choice parking spot on the property. However, I did not find the communication to be good at all. I highly suggest that you pack some laundry detergent (there was none at the house) and bring your own shampoo and conditioner (the products offered were not worth using, IMO). The house is very small...nice...but you should know what you are renting.

Lovely Ocean Beach

Lovely property. We were 2 couples staying at the property. Very comfortable. Great location for walks. Every thing you need is near bye. Nice relaxing view. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Cozy Cottage

Perfectly cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. It was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the porch. You can see the ocean. There's a large chair in the master suite bathroom that pulls out into a small bed. My 8 year old son really loved sleeping on that pull out bed!

Cute cottage in adorable neighborhood

This is a gem! The cottage is adorable, super clean, comfortable and accessible. The views are spectacular! This seems silly but I really appreciated that this rental had actual, regular cable TV through a cable box and not just a TV with access to apps that you sign -in with your own account (I mean, it definitely has those too but access to local news, etc. is a huge plus).

San Diego Weekend Getaway

We stayed here with another couple, and it was the perfect relaxing getaway for four adults. The large porch area is perfect for relaxing and has a partial ocean view with great sunset views. The walk to the main strip in Ocean Beach is just under a mile, so very manageable for adults. If traveling with children it might be too far of a walk, especially with beach gear added, but for us and our needs it was perfect. There was no coffee or coffee filters upon arrival, so make sure to add that to your grocery list if you’re coffee drinkers. That’s something I’ve noticed many vacation rentals have, so when they don’t, it can be surprising. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION

This Ocean Beach Cottage was perfect in absolutely every way. Booking was a breeze, check-in was as smooth as it could be, cottage was well-appointed and very clean. It worked very well for 4 adults, since we each had our own bedroom and bath. The location is in a very quaint neighborhood where daily walking, while with hills, was quite pleasant. We would stay in this cottage again. It was a pleasure to stay here and work with all the folks associated with our visit.

Overall a really good experience. Relatively tight for a family of 4 with only 2 queen beds.

Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Good spot for a small family. It did feel tight for a family of four with only 2 queen beds. Close to almost everything a family would want to do on a quick vacation. Ocean beach definitely feels oriented for the 21 and older crowd with all the bars. About a 20 minute walk to the closest beach that is really just cliffs and rocks. We did the zoo, sea world and La Jolla kayaking and overall the rental was a great experience.

Great Location

Great location, about 8 blocks to downtown shops restaurants and beach. Ample parking in the area-could easily park 2 cars if needed, one on the street and one in the driveway.

Perfect house for a beach vacation!

I cannot say enough how perfect this adorable beach cottage was! Our family had so much fun walking to the beaches and local shops. Family dinner on the deck with sunset views was just what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Oceanview Cottage in OB

Location was perfect, great ocean view, nice outdoor space--loved the cottage! Caution about the second 'bathroom'; it was great to have but it's basically a toilet in a closet & a very small shower-stall, also in a former closet. For many adults, this just won't work & privacy is definitely an issue. We'd stay here again. It's a gem of a property, decorated so cute, everything you need is here & ready. The management company is terrific at communication. They also need to repair a couple of the railings on the deck.
