Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that this is a unique San Diego beach bungalow property with non-standard bedrooms.

The main bedroom upstairs has the king size bed and a queen bed at the top of the stairs. The second bedroom is in the backyard and has the pull-out couch with a lofted queen bed above however the staircase is steep with no railing so the loft is great for older kids but not ideal for young kids or older adults. The third king size bed is in the main living room space separated by curtains to provide privacy. If you are not comfortable with this setup we totally understand and you may want to book elsewhere :)

Other things to note:

📌There is a water dispenser in the home, but it is NOT in use. The tap water is safe for drinking.

📌 IMPORTANT: Please be aware of the following scheduled services. If any of these occur during your stay, we apologize for any inconvenience:

Landscaping and Spa cleaning service every Thursday, between 12–3 PM

Hot Tub Care:
To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please rinse your feet before entering the hot tub to prevent sand and debris from accumulating in the water. Sand can cause damage to the system and require extensive cleaning.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the hot tub.
