Great spot, excellent view of the ocean. The house is spacious, well decorated and welcoming . We had a great time with our friends and recommend it highly.

Absolutely breathtaking view!! This property deserves a 10. Incredible home, has EVERYTHING, and host are fabulous. The master bed is HUGE and so comfortable. Definitely will stay here again

I have stayed in many rental properties and this one is far and away the best. This gorgeous condo is large, clean, well-appointed and in a perfect location. We watched whales and sunsets as we sat on the balcony with a glass of wine. The proximity to Seaside is terrific, as well as Cannon Beach and other small towns nearby. Barb and Mike are wonderful and thoughtful hosts and I would highly recommend this beautiful and tastefully decorated condo.

Wow, what a fabulous unit! It was perfect for our three couples! It was gorgeous, well decorated and thoroughly stocked. The views are incredible and the end of street location is very peaceful. A big surprise was sighting whales hanging out in the cove throughout our stay. Throw in a couple bald eagles, sea lions and local surfers, and we were very entertained. We would definitely rerun!

It is perfect for 3 couples with each couple having their own private bathroom. They layout works well for games, eating and TV/Movie watching!

The listing is just as it appears. Beautiful property, great location and the view is amazing. Check in was quick and easy and Mike was always quick to respond. We loved the hiking in the area and Seaside is a fun little community. I highly recommend this property.

First impression: OMG this is totally beautiful… better than perfect!Final impression: OMG this was the perfect place to stay! Thank you. The kitchen was so well stocked… and we cooked! Filets on the community gas grill; crab cakes inside on the chef’s grade range. We explored Seaside, Cannon Beach, crossed into Chinook WA where we got our crab!, and explored Astoria. Incredible coastline! Perfect weather, great shopping, but coming home, having a glass of wine and enjoying the view … priceless And, the beds were all comfy, great linens, clean and great bathrooms/showers.

Actually we had a medical emergency in the family, so we were unable to go. Mike and Barb were great to work with in the entire process, and we hope to get out there later this year.

Beautiful fully furnished home with spectacular views of the ocean. Appreciate the ultra comfy beds. Very clean. Quiet. This was the perfect place for my sisters and I to create lovely memories as we poured through boxes of photos of our deceased parents. We definitely want to come back next year.

This is a very well maintained property. Very comfortable stay.Though there is no direct beach access it is perfect for a late fall/winter beach trip.

Storm watching is a plus from this location. Actual beach access is a 1/2-mile stroll down the hill to the cove. The location gives one a bird's eye view of the ocean.
