Oceanfront-Nicest on the Beach! Full late 2025 Renovation!!


This oceanfront home is one of the best on the Oregon Coast. Steps to the famous Seaside Promenade yet has the privacy one wants. Step directly onto the Oregon Coast from your deck.

The main floor has large oceanfront living room, large open Kitchen and eating Nook, large Family room with Dining area, Oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 set of bunks. 2nd full bath off the hall. 4 the bedroom is a small windowless with Queen bed, also there is a Queen bed in lower family room and full bath with tub/shower

large covered back deck with gas fire pit.

The lower level has another space that has a Queen bed and another small windowless room with a twin bed. 1 full bath. I refer to this area as the teen area
with lower ceilings. Very comfortable newer beds. Great area for the kids to get away from the parents and make lots of noise.

You will enjoy having a BBQ while watching the sunset. This home is furnished with every possible luxury that a person might want while enjoying their vacation on the Oregon Coast.

Stunning. Top Oregon Coast property. Gorgeous views, great location. Wonderful layout and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will book again for sure!

This property was amazing - absolutely exceeded our expectations & served our families so well for our Seaside getaway. The home is exactly as described, very clean, and extremely well equipped with items to make it easy to be there.For whatever reason we didn’t receive the check-in email, but we were able to easily get in touch with the property owner & get the check-in info / details we needed. 10/10 recommend. Excellent home, excellent location!

What a beautiful home and location!

It was a wonderful stay at this home, we loved the location! Perfect spot to get to beach access easy for elders and seaside downtown is just a walk away on a nice sidewalk. Can't wait to stay again!

The house was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms etc. however, better window treatments are a must in the bedrooms. 6am we were woken up because it was so light in the room. Half a mile walk to seaside but super easy once on the Prom. Didn’t like having someone come to repair a shower stall (when it wasn’t broken) while we were not at the house. They should have waited until we were back so I could put my valuables away. Overall would definitely rent again. Very nice place and the view was amazing

I have stayed here several times over the years, never disappointed. Very comfortable, can sit for hours just watching the beach.

Beautiful Views, Great Location

Morning coffee while enjoying spectacular views of the shore break and headland. Short walk to town. One of the Best equipped VRBOs we have stayed at.

We have repeated rented this for a family gathering on the coast. It is truly excellent in every way. We have noticed and used many of the recent improvements. Especially the new fire pit on the back patio. We cannot give the host enough kudos and well done.

A Wonderful Place to Make MemoriesThe home is beautiful and set up for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the beach. The east deck has comfortable seating, a firepit, a Blackstone grill, making it a perfect spot to spend time together. The south deck is convenient after beach outings, with space to unload gear, stash shoes, and enjoy two picnic tables, a charcoal grill, and a chiminea.The oceanfront deck was one of our favorite places, with 4 lovely Adirondack chairs where we could listen to the waves, enjoy coffee in the morning, and wind down with a glass of wine at night.The main level is gorgeous, and the bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. With two living areas, a gas fireplace, a kitchen eating bar, a breakfast nook, and a well-stocked cooking area with a top-shelf stove, the home made it easy to cook, gather, and feel at home.We also appreciated having two refrigerators: one up and one downstairs in the game room.The lower level offers another living room and plenty of sleeping space, which worked wonderfully for our group. The garage and ping-pong room were stocked with beach chairs, sand bucket, rain coats & clamming tubes. If you have clammed before—or want to learn—this home is in the perfect spot. You can walk straight out the door to the beach and be on your way to a delicious razor clam dinner that night.Thank you, Sean, for hosting us. Your place is truly unique, and having four generations together there was priceless.

Of the 15 years of renting a house for our annual beach trip, this is my favorite house. Clean, plenty of room for all of us. This house meet all our needs. I will definitely rent it again.

A Gorgeous spot in Seaside

This beach house is in a perfect location. There are beautiful views from the front rooms and a secluded feel even though you are also only steps away from the promenade. The downstairs layout is a little weird, but everyone in our group, from 5 to 55 had an excellent vacation!

Walk to the Outlet Mall, Movie Theater, Down Town, stroll on the Boardwalk, or crab/fish of the 12th Ave bridge. while still maintaining some sense of privacy.

Also we have renovated over the years and thing this is the best we done and hope all out guest enjoy their time in our home.
