Very nice condo with all you need for a nice stay. Beds were comfortable and location was excellent. The daily garbage collection was the only drawback at 4:30 AM and the beeping of the backup. Not terrible but a little annoying. Otherwise, this was an ideal condo.

The location of this property was very convenient. It was a short walk to the Kona pier, downtown, restaurants & shops. We appreciated the amenities provided, including beach chairs, noodles & a cooler. The condo complex does need to fix the broken elevator & could make the pool area more inviting though.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. A/C was great. Condo was as described . Building is a little run down (parking garage needs lots of repairs). We were there for Cinco de Mayo and Pancho and Lefty's was way too loud with music until 11 pm!

My wife & I spent 9 nights at this property & found a lot to like. The interior was clean & refreshed with new appliances, fixtures, countertops, paint, and furniture. The linens were clean & the beds were comfortable. The wrap-around lanai was well appointed with its only drawback being that it looked out upon the backs of commercial buildings with only a narrow view beyond (as shown in the website photos so it was no surprise, it is just what the view was). Inside the unit, our only troubles were difficulty understanding the controls for the washer, dryer, & dishwasher. Outside the unit, everything was quite clean but the complex’s age showed in many places. The elevator closest to our unit was out of order throughout our stay and the remaining elevators (2) were quite a distance from us. The shade of the underground parking garage was nice, but there were garage renovations during our stay that took away some spaces & restricted the widths of the driving aisles. We felt the non-functioning central elevator & the construction in the parking garage should have been disclosed to us before arrival and perhaps even been enough for a price reduction. We felt the price we paid was pretty much in-line with what we got (2 bedrm; 2 baths; on-site covered parking) & for where it was (heart of Kailua-Kona a stone’s throw from the water), but perhaps a little toward the higher side.

Location!

Great place to stay for walkability and ample parking. Nice that they had coffee for a few days and all the comforts of home! I would definitely stay here again!

We were in Kona for the Queen Lili outrigger race and the location was fantastic! We had many of our team members stay at the Kona Plaza condos. It really worked out great! We loved the layout and lanai it truly was perfect! We felt our condo was the best!!

Great location

Had an amazing time, condo was perfect location to walk everywhere. Was wonderful to have coolers,water toys and everything we needed. Check in was very smooth, loved having secure parking. Will definitely stay again.

Condo in the heart of Kona

We enjoyed our time. Location was great, would absolutely consider this property for a future vacation. Loved seeing the sunset from the very spacious Lanai.

Great location in Kona to walk to restaurants and shops. Property has everything you need and more - nicely appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and large balcony/lanai with dining and seating areas. Great condo downtown kona

Condo was a very nice two bedroom, downtown. Very close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and really enjoyed it.

Amazing condo in heart of town!

My family and I were very happy with our stay here. It was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches! The property manager was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend and we’ll be looking forward to booking other properties with them!

Great location. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Appreciated the beach chairs. Little obstructed view than originally thought. Could be loud with all the street noise since we prefer the fresh air vs the air condition, but we knew what we would get. Would have liked a little more storage for our personal belongings. Kitchen and amenities were great. Parking garage was a little wonky with all the structural work going on, but we figured out how to navigate around it. Easy access in and out of building. Communication with hosts has easy with fast responses. Nice week.

The perfect Kona location.

We loved staying here. Every thing was short walking distance in town. Outside of town 90 minutes got you to everything you want to see from green beach to very top of Mauna Kea. Plan on returning next year and other than a few days in Hilo hope to return to this condo!

Girls week in Kona

Great location . You could walk to Kailua bay, restaurants a plenty and tons of shopping. Condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We used the beach chairs and umbrella. Lanai was a great place to sit and relax and people watch. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Nice, clean and centrally located.

This condo is clean and well equipped, with many supplies such as soap, laundry detergents provided. It also has a partial view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen or balcony. Also centrally located, it’s a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants.
