Host was very responsive. This place is roomy and well stocked with the necessities. It is also well stocked with extras such as gear for beach fun. This was as advertised and maybe even better. I would definitely highly recommend!

This unit was fabulous for my family and I for many reasons. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week of stay. The location was perfect to downtown and my wife walked to the Green Flash coffee shop daily. Having the pool and hot tub was an added bonus, not to mention the beautiful outdoor patio area to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Great place in Great location! Nice AC units in the bedroom! Smart TVS in every room! Great Kitchen! Easy short walk both to nice swimming pool and hot tub and beach!

It was really nice. Perfect size. Nice AC. View is fully obstructed as a heads up and there are so many warnings on the pool that it's just not worth going with little kids otherwise we loved this place.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with minimal bugs, but needing some slight updates/renovations. It was also located in a prime area, walking distance from the main strip of bars/shops/restaurants. Having laundry and a fully stocked kitchen on site was super helpful for a long stay. The Host provided some basic home/beach supplies which were extremely appreciated and made staying here that much more convenient. The lanais were beautiful, a great place to have a morning coffee or read a book. The ocean access is not quite a beach, but more of a rocky alcove. Regardless, we made good use of it and really enjoyed our time here.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver. The pool does have a lot of rules but it’s nice. There isn’t a beach at the condo. The sofa bed could use an upgrade.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We would book this unit again when we return. Beautiful grounds and pool area with ocean view. We appreciated the good communication with our property manager and the welcome kit with start-up supplies.

A short drive to downtown Kona from the rental unit. The unit is quite lovely. Spacious, beautiful patio. Many thoughtful items available for use in the unit making it easier and less hassle packing supplies and gear! We would definitely stay again!

Great time in Kona

This was a well stocked, great location safe and plenty of parking it covered all our needs. Although it could use some updating in furniture and linens, it met our all our needs for a great price..We enjoyed our time and we would return here again hopefully soon..Thank you we had a great vacation.

Convenient Location & Affordable

We had a great stay at this property. The property manager was SUPER responsive to the one concern that we had during our stay and was able to get a small issue fixed and handled super quickly and to let us know how to fix it ourselves in the future.

We had a few issues during our stay, but staff were very helpful and attentive. The owner needs to replace the furniture as the sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable. This is a nice 2b/2b in Kona that included starter supplies. Great management company with their own maintenance staff that were pleasant to work with. Hot tub and pool were very nice, kept sparkling clean with a view of the ocean and sunset from them. BBQs are just outside the pool area and there are enough so you won’t have much if any wait to use them. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Ample parking near the unit. AC units work well. It was a very peaceful stay.
