Come vacation in paradise at this oceanfront complex, where tropical island decor welcomes you as soon as you enter. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful hand-painted ocean mural in the living room, setting the perfect island vibe. The unit sleeps six guests with two king-sized beds, one in each bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.



Relax and unwind by the Kona Makai oceanfront pool, or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis courts.

Kona Makai provides an ideal starting point for beach days and island explorations, ensuring an unforgettable Hawaiian experience.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our centrally located condo, which includes the benefit of free on site parking for all guests. The property is situated about twelve miles south of Kona International Airport, a drive of approximately twenty minutes. While the shops and dining of Kona Town are within a short one mile walk along the coastline, having a rental car is highly recommended to ensure you can conveniently reach the island's most beautiful hidden beaches and diverse local sights.



Other Things to Note:

You will find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and sand toys for your use in the unit.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.



We understand that things don’t always go as planned — and we want to make sure you're covered just

in case.

To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options:

● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from

unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our

guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.

● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage

during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card

provider.

Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered. If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
