This Ocean Front Condo it's managed and maintained by Owner. We provide an Extra clean condo. The condo features 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and Smart TV's. New central A/C unit, and brand new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen (quartz counter top), with a dishwasher. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, BLACK-OUT shades/curtains for a restful night sleep. We have a key lock box, so you can Enter the condo anytime.
*Children over 13 are welcomed.*
The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. FREE assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators.
Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It's located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A Car is Not necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island.
The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire Island.
