Find your peace and serenity at this beautiful tropical vacation getaway. This bright and cheery 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bath provides the ultimate relaxing atmosphere while experiencing our sugary white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Sit and relax on the beach as the waves gently lap the shore and quiet your mind. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean as far as the eye can see. Take a dip in the hot tub or pool for a day of sunning and swimming. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bunk style bed in the hallway alcove with 2 twin beds. Jack and Jill style bathroom including 1 shower/tub.You will feel right at home from the moment you arrive in this comfortable nicely furnished condo. 2 beach chairs are available in the unit for guests to use.

We loved this condo! Perfect location, perfect size, and it’s such a beautiful view. Even the cleaners at the condo were super sweet.

The beach and ocean were beautiful as always, proximity to the pier is a plus. We don't use the pool or hot tub. My only negative would be that the detsils for the place listed beach chairs. I mistook this for beach chair service , as we have had with units we've rented in the past. I'll check closer in the futurer as beach chair services for the week are 50/day plus gratuity.

View is gorgeous, right next to pier my husband loves to fish on. Location is great. Water is clear and clean. Access to the condo is really easy. There are carts in the lobby to haul your stuff up with. Parking is good. There are three restaurant/ bars you can walk to in a few minutes. The owners were responsive to a problem we had with the AC. It’s dated. And the bed and sofas are not comfortable. It’s not really particularly clean. The floors were sticky when we came in. The baseboards were not clean, especially in the bathrooms. I have housecleaners and I have a hard time believing that professionals clean this condo regularly. But the location really is great.

We also appreciate your note about our responsiveness with the AC. We are always willing to take care of any issues during your stay, and I wish you had mentioned the additional concerns when we spoke twice about the AC so we could have addressed them right away. We’re sorry the cleanliness and comfort didn’t meet expectations. We’ve followed up with our cleaning team and are reviewing the furniture for improvements. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the location still made your stay enjoyable.

Very nice. Great balcony to relax, see the water and feel the sea breezes. Close to dining and the artificial reef for snorkeling. Easy access to the sugar white sand beach. Watched the sunrise from the balcony every morning. Close to Pensacola and the Blue Angles. Excellent stay.

The property needs updating. Was not comfortable. Washer did not work. It rained and for two days we stepped into water outside our room in front of elevator that covered our shoe bottoms. Patio furniture very uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub closed even before rain started. No lightening at that point. Sofa and love seat were visibly stained. Not worth what we paid.

We’re sorry to hear your stay was not as comfortable as it should have been. The washer has since been repaired after the technician replaced the necessary parts. This was done as soon as possible after we were notified of the issue. We understand the rain created issues during your stay, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused. New patio furniture has been ordered, and the sofa and loveseat are being professionally cleaned to ensure the unit is up to the highest standards. The condominium HOA has policies and procedures on pool/hot tub closures. The HOA had to close the pool and hot tub for safety reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us make meaningful improvements.
