Thanks for leaving a 5-star review. We regret that we did not have an opportunity to address your concerns during your visit. Upon inspection, we found that the showers do not have mold, but there are a few stains in the grout. The hurricane balcony doors are heavy but fully functional. We are not sure what you are referring to about all other doors, but we are glad that you had a nice visit.

Thank you for the review Robert. The living room leather sofa's and recliner are newer have been favored by most guests. This unit only advertises two beds, but we will pass that feedback on. We are glad you enjoyed your stay!

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about your vacation. We do hope you'll visit with us again soon.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo, location, and views. We appreciate your comment about the beds and will look into it. We look forward to welcoming you back to Beach Colony condos on your next visit to Navarre!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed celebrating your parents' 50th Anniversary at our property and that you had a fantastic time overall. It's fantastic to know that you found the location fabulous and the property awesome. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the balcony door sticking more than your last stay, and we'll make sure to address this promptly. Your feedback regarding the pullout couch is duly noted, and we'll consider it for future improvements. It's great to hear that you were able to see porpoises playing and that you had a good time creating great memories. We look forward to welcoming you back for more wonderful experiences in the future!

Peggy, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are so sorry that we were unable to fix the TV during your stay. We were hoping we could fix it, but we ended up replacing the TV after your departure instead. We are glad to hear you had a great stay otherwise.

Thank you so much for choosing our condo for your 1-year wedding anniversary trip! We're delighted you had a wonderful stay and appreciated the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. We apologize for the brief re-entry issue but are pleased it was resolved swiftly. Your kind words about our responsiveness and recommendation mean a lot to us. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next visit!

Thanks Hannah! We recently updated the living room furniture and there is no longer a sleeper sofa in the unit. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Thanks for your review! We're glad you liked the condo. We'll consider replacing the worn bedroom rugs. We're happy Linda and Sarah were helpful, especially with your mail. We appreciate your stay and hope to see you again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your vacation experience. However, we were sorry to hear that you had an issue with the mattresses. Since your review was the first to mention the mattresses, we were unaware of any problems. The mattress in the master is a Back Supporter pillow top by Spring Air and the mattress in the guest bedroom is a 12" foam mattress. Again... we are sorry that you were uncomfortable.
