The first floor features large living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. Relax on the front balcony with your coffee and watch the sunrise overlooking the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk.
The second floor has king master bedroom with spectacular ocean views and full bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second level, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bedroom with 2-twin beds, convertible to king with advance notice

This condo is beautiful. Extremely spacious with gorgeous views. It is right at the end of the boardwalk so everything is walkable. David was super receptive from near start of vacation through the entire stay.

Beautiful home on the beach. The sunrise from master bedroom is one I will never forget. Off season rental so was so easy for our party of 8 to go to restaurants, parking and beach. David was most helpful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Overall it was a good property for what we needed. Parking situation is not great. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated. Limited kitchen supplies but plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would stay again.

We loved our stay here. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. We absolutely loved being steps from the beach, waking to an ocean view, and being walking distance from everything. We rarely needed to use our car the entire week. David was extremely helpful with check in and any questions we may have needed. We fully intend to stay again, if available!

Family vacation
The location was great. The view is excellent. The property worked very well for my family with many king and queen beds. Would definitely stay again

David was great. He met us at the condo personally and showed us around the property. The place was beautiful and at a great location and met all of our families needs. We will definitely book his place again! Thank you!
