Wonderful beach house

We came for six day getaway. The house was very relaxing great ocean views. Two minute walk to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Located at the end of the boardwalk, so an evening stroll on the boardwalk was a must. Was also dog friendly, which was very important to us .

Amazing Beach House

We absolutely loved this place! From the spacious rooms and great layout to the wildly fun late 70s design to the extra touches (like the hand dryer and dual head outdoor shower), the house was awesome. The location is an A++++. And the host was a pleasure — totally responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful getaway

The property is beautiful. However if the guests are elderly or handicapped the stairs are a hindrance or possible safety concern. The location is perfect. Right off the beach and boardwalk

We loved this place!

This is a great property, right on the beach and an easy walk up the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Kitchen was well outfitted for our meals. Great views from all the decks - we loved it!

Great place for a beach stay

This is a very roomy snd comfortable beach house in a super convenient location right on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath. The host is great to work with. We’re already planning for next time

Beautiful views and expansive property

This is a really beautiful house and big enough for a multi-generational family get together. Plenty of outdoor space within the dunes. Will hope to return!

Rehoboth Boardwalk

Super fun and funky property with AMAZING views and perfect location - close enough to walk to everything, but at the quiet end of the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and great location.

We had a great week at Rehobeth and had the luxury of opening the curtains to ocean views. Very unique home and tons of space. We all enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait for next year!

Quiet Gem

This home suited our family of 10 perfectly. Space for everyone to find a quiet spot to be alone if needed and great areas for family game night. The master bedroom with balcony was perfect to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Very peaceful at that area of boardwalk. This couldn't have been a better location in our opinion. Will definitely return next year!

Great stay

The home was wonderful. Big and bright and well equipped. The site really needs to update the pictures to show the updated master and living room furniture/decor. We loved the old wallpaper in the bathrooms. A tougher house with young kids bc of the stairs and levels but we would stay again.

My favorite house in the world!

I love this house! Its' filled with light, right on the beach, and reminds me so much of the 70's when i was a kid with the crazy wallpaper in the bathrooms and the retro kitchen. I love the white wood floors and the spiral staircases, and the balconies everywhere, and the skylights, i love the skylights, and the huge master bedroom, and the views of the ocean, and the proximity to the boardwalk! I look forward to going so much each year!!! And Karen, the property manager is awesome!

Summer Family Vacation

We had our first trip to Rehoboth and loved it! Our kids are older and this was a perfect location. The walk to the fun on the boardwalk was great for their age. Being where we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean was perfect for us. Poodle beach out the door and to the right... was wonderful for our pups first trip to the beach! The house was wonderful. Not too big that we didn't enjoy being together as a family. Yet enough bedrooms and bathrooms for extended family and friends visiting! The 70's themed bathrooms made for great mirror selfies! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location; some renovations needed

Overall, the property is as advertised. Great location, clean and plenty of room. I would just like to add that the beds are very uncomfortable as is the living room furniture. Several of the bathrooms need updating. Bathroom in master suite is great. The funky 70's decor is outdated. If you are elder and have any physical issues the steps can be difficult. I wanted to be as honest as possible here. We did have a great time.

Perfect Beach Vacation and Location

The house was perfect for our family. We were 6 people, 4 young adults, my husband and I and our dog. The house had wonderful outdoor space with decks and balconies. It is on the boardwalk in the residential part of Rehoboth and was quiet. Easy to get to attractions on foot. The beach in front of the house was perfect for early morning romps with our dog. We had everything we needed. Karen, was so easy to communicate with and she went above and beyond when I told her my concerns about corona due to my husband's vulnerability to it from surgery. She took all the blankets and had them cleaned right before our arrival. Can't say enough good things.

Great location and comfort

This is a great house for a family vacation at the beach. It's truly beachfront, with only a sand dune separating you and the beach. With balconies on two levels, there is plenty our outdoor space to relax, and inside, there is ample room to hang out, play games/do puzzles, etc. The boardwalk is right in front of the house and it is an easy (and fun) 1/2 mile walk to downtown Rehoboth and all of the shops, restaurants, cafes, and energy--but at the house, it's very quite and tranquil. The house is pet friendly. A big bonus is that just a few minutes walk away, there is a dog-friendly beach (in Dewey, not Rehoboth) where dogs are welcome before 9 am and after 5:30. The house provides beach chairs (there are quite a few) and a beach umbrella, and has an outdoor shower for washing the sand off. The primary bedroom is enormous and has a deck that looks out over the ocean, plus on on the side. The en suite bath is very modern, with a very large shower with multiple shower modes. The is a skylight, so if you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep late. The other bedrooms and baths also are large. Check out the photos to see the 70s-themed design in the other bathrooms to make sure you'll enjoy them. Small wishes: the kitchen could be better equipped and the knives are not super sharp. If there are meals you know you will make and you'll need specific tools, consider bringing them. The wine glasses are all mixed styles. Overall, just what we needed!
