Our multigenerational family, long weekend had a great time in this house. There was plenty of space to spread out and to have time alone or together. Dylan was very helpful throughout the whole process. It was great being right by the beach but to really enjoy the ocean view from the house you need to go on the second floor or outside. The sandy spot at the top of the dune in front of the house had a great view and made for a perfect family picture spot. Being close to the elementary school playground was an additional bonus since we had 4 grandchildren under 6 with us Everything in Rehoboth is pricey to rent even in the "off season" so we were not surprised with the cost. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks Dylan for your communication and help arranging our stay at this property. It was a pleasure working with you. Julie G

The location of this property is outstanding - on the boardwalk, in one of the nicer neighborhoods, and close to town without being in the middle of the commercial area. The house is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 7 including 2 children. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because for the price, it felt like it needed some updating. Some sliding doors were hard to open, the master shower doesn't drain, one sliding glass door started leaking when it rained, and the mattresses and pillows need a refresh. It has more of a 70's decorating vibe than is shown in the photos. Older or physically impaired visitors might find the spiral staircases challenging. Having said all that, we would stay there again, because location, location, location.

The house was clean upon arrival. The access to the beach and the ocean view was fantastic. The host was prompt with responses to questions and to correct the one very minor issue we had upon arrival.

Amazing location...right on the beach, including the dog friendly "poodle beach." Short stroll down boardwalk to main area. Comfortable house for large families, with nice amenities.

Location was great! Just steps from the boardwalk. You never need to move your car as there are so many things to do within walking distance. The host keeps beach supplies in the garage so you don’t have to pack bulky chairs and umbrellas. The yard is like a small quiet nature zone to enjoy while cooking out. Even though you are steps away from the ocean you can also feel like you are relaxing watching the squirrels, rabbits, and birds interact with each other in the yard. The host was very attentive to our questions and kind. The air conditioning does have trouble keeping up and some spaces get cooler while others remain warm. The cool unique touches of the house itself, inside and out, make it fun. Getting up in the morning to watch the sun rise from the master bedroom was breathtaking.

Beautiful, retro house with lots of room and plenty of sunlight. Direct views of ocean from 2nd floor. Very good communication and updates from owners. Fantastic location- right on the beach, and you can pick up the boardwalk and walk right into town for shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay.

Spacious beachfront property with excellent location at the south end of the boardwalk. Although the house was surface clean throughout, the furniture and carpets were dingy as expected with a pet friendly rental.

We loved this place!

This is a great property, right on the beach and an easy walk up the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Kitchen was well outfitted for our meals. Great views from all the decks - we loved it!

Rehoboth Boardwalk

Super fun and funky property with AMAZING views and perfect location - close enough to walk to everything, but at the quiet end of the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

The house is incredible, and the location is perfect. All the conveniences of being in Rehoboth but outside the crowds. Easy access to a great stretch of beach, and easy walk into the center of town. Our one rainy day, we took advantage of that to take the grandkids to Fun Land! Also, communications are very good, and the manager, Dylan, was very responsive to any minor issues that arose.
