We've stayed at this property several times now. Always a pleasure. Great location. Fantastic condo with great furnishings and views that can't be beat. And David is a great host - very reachable and quick to respond. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great location

This property is ideally located for the beach and shopping. Dozens of great restaurants within walking distance. This was our Second booking and we will definitely be back.

Nice clean condo & super location

We enjoyed a week at this location right on the beach. It was clean and the views were superb! We would stay here again. And thank you David for making the check-in easy and fast!

Nice Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, two-story condo. The view of the beach was spectacular, and we were very comfortable. Everything about the reservation and check-in progress was smooth. We look forward to returning!

This property was as advertised. Oceanfront balconies from the living room and the master bedroom gave us great views of the ocean despite the heavy fog. We went off season and it was very quiet. It was more space than we needed but it was pet friendly and those properties are difficult to find in Rehoboth with this view. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Ocean view

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from this spacious place. Town is 1/2 mile away so very accessible. Would definitely stay there again. We watch the Pet parade and the Eagles without leaving the house.

A girls weekend getaway

Our knitting group stayed for a 4 day weekend- the views are fabulous- the condo was luxurious and cozy. We’re already taking about coming back next year!

Great get away!

David, the property manager was wonderful, which set the tone for the week-end! The property is beautiful, updated and comfortable-the views spectacular (despite beach reclamation project). Short walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, shopping, and the heart of the quaint town. Perfect pre-season get away!

Grenoble Getaway

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!
