Spacious ranch style open floor plan ,located on a corner lot. With lots of parking and space for 2 boats.. There are three bedrooms, with sleeper sofa.- Sleeps 8. Two bathrooms, a laundry room, a large fully modernized kitchen, a large fully furnished living room and a den. Large backyard with 9-foot deep pool. Six miles from famous New Orleans French Quarter. Chalmette battleground site of the 1812 Battle of New Orleans approximately 1.5 miles. Val Riess baseball complex 2 miles. Gateway to the greatest fishing grounds in America. (Owner's unit attached to main house, used by owner's when in town. This is not part of VRBO rental)

We take a family trip ever couple of years this year was New Orleans. The Cozy corner was just the place we were looking for in a quiet neighborhood it had all amenities we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool in the back was the icing on the cake it was nice for our outside activities. The host was also very nice and called me the night before to go over the keyless lock code and to see if.i needed any help with anything else

Plenty of Room

Our family had plenty of room enjoyed being at our rental-we were able to get in and out of New Orleans very easily. The owner was very communicative on all steps of the process, including why we were in the rental, letting us know what was going on.

The house was perfect! The pool was perfect and our host absolutely fantastic. It is in a great location to go to the French Quarter, close to a nice park, and generally in a good neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. My son had a flat tire when we went to leave out our first morning here. Our host told us a tire shop was near by, we went to J.LE tire shop and it was super fast and affordable. When we come back to New Orleans, we will definitely try to book this house again!

NOLA getaway

We spent 4 great days and night here. The house is awesome, neighborhood is quiet and the owner is a great guy to work with if you have questions! We had zero complaint!

Quiet Place

My mother recently passed so I was honored to stand in her place at my little cousins High-school graduation. I chose this place because of its vicinity, and the ambience of the pictures. When I arrived, everything was exactly as the Internet express. I was able to be at peace. The place was spotless. One thing that I would change is that I known there was only one TV, I would’ve brought my own. Having to share video games along with TV time was challenging. The swimming pool made up for it. I wish the weather was a little bit warmer, but it still was great. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book the property again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Place

Wonderful stay !! Mike was very available and attentive. The house is large and very clean. Pools very nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the New Orleans area

Spring Break 2025

Property was very clean, comfortable and accurate as to how it advertised. Plenty outdoor space, pool was definitely a plus for the kids. Host was very professional and quick to respond and offer sight seeing and activities that he thought we might would enjoy!

Comfortable and spacious home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was very clean and spacious. The location was a short drive from many of the New Orleans activities. Would stay there again! Communication with the host was excellent!

Happy Holiday

The house was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area is nice to relax by. Pool is older. We loved the location and easy access to French Quarter. We took taci to parade given the crowds. The owner was very helpful giving us suggestions. We had a wonderful time here.

The property was nice the only thing is they only had one tv none in the bedrooms and in one of the bedrooms the sheets was stained and we did not know someone stayed next door in the house

Superbowl Trip

Beautiful home, lots of space, loved the layout of the inside of the home, great TV, bedrooms were spacious, pool was well maintained, backyard had many tables and chairs, large swing, available grill. Owners were very pleasant and available if needed. Great weather!! Great time in New Orleans! Manyp

Great home

The house was very comfortable to stay at. Neighborhood was good. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was large and fit us all. It was in a great location for many popular sights. The best part was the host! He was so helpful getting us where we needed to go as we arrived I. The middle of the unprecedented snow storm. He helped us get to the hose without hitting blocked roads and bridges. I know he saved us from getting lost! He was so helpful with restaurants and places to see. Definitely would recommend this home if you want to see NOLA.

As Advertised with some Caveats

Our family enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The house was very clean and the beds were excellent. Overall, the immediate neighborhood was solid. There were vehicles and boats in driveway so the parking was limited but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We are people who eat in, so I’d suggest upgrading the cookware. Although, in this town, we ate out a lot,of course!

Wonderful family vacation

The home was absolutely wonderful. Every person we talked to said that Chalmette is the safest town in the area and we were comfortable walking to the Fiery Crab (you must try!) and other businesses in the area. The back yard is great and the pool is wonderful on a nice warm day. Mike was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We got to chat with him when he stopped by to tend to the pool and it was so nice. We will definitely be back!

Weekend in NOLA

We stayed at this property for the weekend to watch a Broncos football game. The location was great as well as the area it was in. If we're ever going to watch another game in New Orleans. This property would be a great place to stay.

Trying New Things

We were nervouse for our stay, we've never vacationed in this area before, but its so close to New Orleans and it was a very nice space perfect for family and friends, large living areas and kitchen!! I made a shrimp boil and found everything I needed in the kitchen, pots, pans and utensils. Theres a pool, washer and dryer its just the complete package, theres a walmart and other spots close by. The hosts were available and had open communication for anything we needed which was comforting and made this trip in a new place alot more relaxing and enjoyable!!
