The house was immaculate exactly how the photos are depicted. Check-in was easy. Dolores was communicating with me the entire time which was great. It had great parking which was covered on a parking pad in front of the garage. Everything was clean. It had plenty of towels and bedding. The only thing I would like to have seen were TVs in the bedrooms, but other than that, everything was perfect I will definitely come and rent from Dolores again in the future when I come back to New Orleans the whole stay was fabulous. Loved every minute. Thank you for being a great host Dolores!

This was the perfect “home base” for our trip to New Orleans! We loved our stay! The host was very communicative. The property was clean and well kept! I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at many places in New Orleans but this was one of the best. The house was in perfect condition and it was so much more spacious than the photos represented. We appreciated the beautiful floors, the washer and dryer, and the comfortable beds. The host was easy to reach and the location worked well for us. I’d definitely stay here again.

First of all, this place is CLEAN! So very clean. It has everything you need, it's an easy drive to anywhere, friendly neighbors, and did I mention that's it's clean? Beautiful house. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! So clean, comfy beds, easy check-in, and the host was always available. And the snacks and Mardi gras beads were a nice touch!

The commute to restaurant and activities is not in walking distance for women late at night. There was only one TV when we were stuck in the house.

If you noticed in the description downtown was 3.5 miles away, however the Bywater neighborhood is only blocks away with lots of neighborhood restaurants and bars which was note in the Gambit newspaper I left in the home.

Family first visit to NOLA--great place to stay!

Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great.

Overall a good place. The host was responsive and gave good information throughout the stay. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable as it felt like a slab of foam instead of a mattress. Other than that, it was a nice place.

We loved the place, it was sparkling clean, and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we planned. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. The only negatives were there was no cutting board but we improvised and used paper plates to save the beautiful counter tops and a small chest of drawers or dresser would have been nice in the two smaller bedrooms (which were large rooms). The master was huge! The large closet had all the storage anyone would need. The outdoor space was comfortable and the plants were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out there after a long day of enjoying the city.

House and property is very clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.The neighborhood was peaceful and quite. Location is close to all the action! You just need to know how to navigate!! Host is responsive. A good experience!! I would book again.

Fantastic communication and everything we needed was there. Only suggestion I have is to add more furniture in the living room for more places for people to sit and chat.

Nice and clean place in New Orleans

The house is as presented on the website, very clean and well maintained. Very responsive host. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay in New Orleans for the new year 2025. Having a car is recommended when staying at this property.

Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful home and in a great location. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. Delores was all was available and text me every day to make sure everything was ok. I definitely will stay her again.

Nicely updated home

The pictures online are very accurate. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable. Home is nicey updated in older neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere you want to go. Delores was very responsive to any inquiries. Would stay here again.

Great home

Beautiful home that was recently remodeled. Came with lots of space, plenty of kitchenware, and covered parking on property. A great choice if you're looking to spend lots of time in the French Quarter with an Uber ride just 10-15 minutes away. Delores was fantastic and made sure that we had everything we needed! Would stay again!
