The host Kimberly was excellent with communication. The location was beautiful and the private beach is a 3 minute walk. The cottage was clean and stocked. Perfect get away for my wife and I.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this home! We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful. We would definitely come back and stay at this house again.

We had just the loveliest stay at The Mermaid Cottage! We had everything we needed, the beach was closer than we could have imagined, and the beds were so comfy!

Very clean and well stocked. Loved all the amenities. Thank you for supplying all the beach necessities like beach cart, chairs, coolers, towels, umbrella, etc. was so nice not having to pack all of that stuff. Such a short walk to the beach with very few people, great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Also great communication. Loved everything about it and hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Mermaid cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was small, quiet and nice. The host provides a lot of nice beach and outdoor items like chairs, bikes, and nets.

The cottage was really nice! Everything you may have needed was there for your use. We loved the bikes! The house was clean and decorated so cute. Very welcoming. The front porch and back screened in porch were added bonuses that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was an ideal vacation spot!

What a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Cottage! Our family of four, including two little ones, couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our long weekend. You can tell the moment you arrive that Kimberly is a host that truly cares about her guests’ experience. The house was exceptionally clean, adorably decorated, and had everything you need, as well as additional items that you may not realize you needed- reusable grocery bags, extra blankets, games, a beach cart! We loved the ease of walking up to the beach- a true hidden gem with calm waters, fluffy sand, and beach treasures to comb through like shells and rocks. Having fun places nearby like Bravado Coffee Cafe, Fleck’s Ice Cream, several nice playgrounds, and the Aviation Museum was an added bonus. My five year old liked it so much, he asked if we could move in! We hope to visit again!

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay in Cape May was amazing. The house had everything you would need, it’s in a quiet area, is a short walk to the bay, and super clean! Overall the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Great place to stay for Cape May vacation!

The Mermaid Cottage was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities and great attention to detail. Slept our party of 5 comfortably and location was convenient. Kimberly was a great host and easy to deal with. We had a great stay.

Lovely cottage, great location

The cottage was exactly as pictured and described and was a lovely place to stay. Convenient for the beach and a short drive to downtown but peaceful and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay thanks Kimberly.
