This 2 bedroom 1/2 bath townhome located in Neptune Beach has everything you need to start off your stay. We are pet friendly and provide a huge, private fenced yard for your pups. 1.3 miles from the beach. You're surrounded by water - the intracoastal on one side and the ocean on the other. It's a beautiful bike ride to the beach. Don't forget to check out our surrounding areas.

Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are all less than a mile away. Jarboe Park, with its newly renovated play area and pickle ball courts, is only a short walk or bike ride away. Brewhound, Neptune Beach's premiere dog park and bar is just a couple of blocks away.

Enjoy everything the beaches has to offer!

Very good property, clean with all amenties and equipment needed. Location was great for us. Public transport close and easily accessible. Supermarkets, restaurants, food n drink close by. Good selection. Host responded promptly. tto well to any oroblems

Very clean and comfy nice enclosed backyard Erin was an amazing host if anyone is visiting Mayport Naval Station I would definitely recommend it is a straight shot to the main gate close to the beaches five Stars for sure !!!!!

We had a wonderful time! The townhouse location was perfect for us. Close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Erin was delightful to work with.

Awesome townhouse

We rented the townhouse for one month February 2022 it was clean comfortable cozy my husband and myself and occasionally a couple of our granddaughters would spend the night. The beds were very comfortable, place is very close to the beach, our neighbors were super friendly. Erin Is one of the landlords and she is very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to returning next winter as well! Highly recommended !!!

Best Experience Ever!

We needed a place to stay, that accepted pets, for 45 days. Our son was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and we wanted to be with him as he went through his radiation and chemo treatments. VRBO was recommended to me as a great place to find long-term lodging. This was our first experience with needing accommodations for such an extended period of time and there were a couple of "musts" - it must accept pets, be in a safe neighborhood, have a fenced yard, be affordable, and close to the beach if possible. (Big wish list) We found this unit right off the bat and it hit every need & want! Its location couldn't have been more perfect! Only a bit over a mile to the beach (definitely doable by bicycle or walking) & a HUGE plus, that we discovered after getting there, Brewhounds Dog Park! It is only .2 miles down the sidewalk! It is an AMAZING place - Dog Heaven! Grocery, dining, shopping all very close. The unit was just as described, pictures are accurate (except there was a different sofa, an awesome [electric] double recliner!) It was clean, and had basic necessities: dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, dish towels, toaster, coffee maker, blender, limited qty of pots/pans, trash bags, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, washer/dryer, sheets, towels, broom, and a small electric broom (not a vacuum - we brought our own vacuum - with pets, a vacuum is a must). Shower was great, and it was a pleasant surprise to discover it had a powder-room on the main level. Honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect for us. Property manager, (Erin), was awesome - responded promptly to texts or calls. For us, and this is not a complaint or negative, just our personal preference, the mattress in the master wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped it would be. It's a memory foam and, again, just our preference, it didn't provide comfortable support (we are in our mid/late 50's and my husband is a retired Marine with back issues and needs a more supportive mattress). Yard is a great size for our dogs and it was nice to have the privacy fence and the patio. It could use some rocks between the patio and grass as there was a large dirt area between the cement and grass and because of the frequent rain, it made a muddy transition so there was frequent floor cleaning from the muddy paw prints 😊 All-in-all, if I could, I'd give it 10 stars. Definitely staying here again!

Convenient to EVERYthing !!!

Clean, affordable, basic no-frills accommodations w/ an eclectic blend of consignment furnishings. Delightful, fully -fenced, shaded back yard w/ a grill! Perfect for groups up to four, but I think more would be tight. Close to everything the beaches have to offer (by car). The owner, Erin, was INCREDIBLY responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Wonderful stay at the Beaches

The property was spotlessly clean. The unit was very comfortable and the bed was awesome. Landlords were very friendly, responded quickly and even invited us to their super bowl party. About a mile from the beach. Area very easy to navigate. It is a side by side duplex and we had wonderful neighbors. Would go again in a heartbeat.

worth the price; mile from the beach

I rented this condo for 2 months while relocating into Jacksonville from another state. there was plenty of room for me to store the items I brought while waiting to get into my permanent house. The area is convenient to the beach, downtown (20 minutes), and st. Johns town center (15 minutes). I also took the ferry over to Amelia Island and found that drive exceptionally beautiful. The owners are VERY responsive! I ran into a problem with the internet (and was working from "home") and the owner took care of it immediately. the condo is comfortable and is a short bike ride from the beach. It is definitely worth the rental price. it's large enough to stretch out for 2 or 4 people. You could fit more people in here but it worked well for me, and then the 2 of us when my husband joined me almost at the end of the rental period. had my cat and kitten with me also. The area is very safe, and the neighbors are very nice. this condo has a nice backyard for kids to play in, or if you have a pet that needs to go outside. I sat out back on nice days and enjoyed riding my bike around Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach. If you need temporary housing, look into this rental instead of subletting apartments. The owners really do work hard to accommodate their guests. all floors are tile which was great with the kitties. there is enough room to park two vehicles and was great to have the extra powder room downstairs along with the full bathroom upstairs.
