Property was great for me and my dogs

I was in town for medical treatment. It made all the difference in the world to me to be able to stay out of town and have my dogs with me.

Elysia's home was perfect for our family of 3 (1 adult, 2 kids and 2 dogs). 2 blocks from the beach, what more could you ask for? This was my dogs first time going to the beach at 5 years old and they absolutely loved it.There was also a little shower outside to rinse sand off before coming in. Check in/out was super easy and the host responded very quickly to all my questions. My kids loved that there were some puzzles and board games to play. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great, and I work night shift so that says a lot if i can sleep good during the day. I loved the fully stocked kitchen (dishes, baking/cooking pots and pans) so we could eat athome and not always have to get fast food. There were even glass to-go containers I used to pack leftovers for my lunch at work. For you fellow meal preppers, this place is great. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors were really nice.Also, very close to all the festivities at Jax beach. Both nightlife and day events. If you're there on a Tuesday, check out the farmers market there. They have some amazing Nigerian coffee and lots of other cool stuff. Highly recommend this cute little beach home if you're coming to Jacksonville.

We needed a place for a few weeks while relocating and were so grateful to find a pet-friendly property where we could bring our dog. The host was very responsive, flexible, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The location was excellent—very close to the beach and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place to chill!

My husband, two dogs, and our cat stayed here while transitioning back to Jax Beach. The property met all expectations and the location is primo! Literally 2 blocks to the beach. Pets are definitely welcome and the backyard is perfect for outdoor time. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, lots of people out walking, running, and riding bikes. Elysia is a fabulous host and made sure we had everything needed during our stay. She was very responsive to any questions and one of the best VRBO owners I have had the opportunity to meet. I will be recommending this property to anyone needing a long term stay.

Another great stay at Elysia's

We stayed at this property last summer and enjoyed it so much we decided to return this year for 6 weeks. Elysia is a wonderful hostess, always willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy!!

Great Winter Getaway

Great location! Two short blocks to the beach. Close to great restaurants, pet friendly, nice little outdoor yard. the owner was very nice and helpful.

Relaxing Retreat

One of the best experiences of my life.

I enjoyed my stay here so much, I extended my stayed for four months!! The owner is such a wonderful person and the house is in excellent condition! Immaculately cleaned and well furnished. Love the location. Walk to the beach and drive to any restaurant, shopping or grocery store in minutes. I can’t say enough good things! I will be back!

Winter getaway in Neptune Beach

Wonderful experience with the house and with Neptune beach. The owner Elysia made us feel at home, extremely friendly. Highly recomend staying here.

Relaxation and Ocean Breeze Awaits

Our Neptune Beach apartment was only a few blocks from the beach! It was conveniently located near the Atlantic Beach City Center where there is great shopping and restaurants to explore the local cuisine. The lodging was comfortable, welcoming, and spacious. Our host was always available and responsive. She created an atmosphere of kind and warm hospitality . Very relaxing accommodation!

It's perfect for spending quality time with your entire family, both 2 & 4 legged! This Dog Friendly Family Ocean Oasis East on the East side of A1A is just 0.2 miles (2 blocks) from the beach! You can sit and relax, ride bikes or play in the surf! Our space is cozy and comfortable, complete with a games, huge 55 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. An open kitchen floor plan is complete with everything you need if you like to cook and a dining room table for four plus a counter with two bar stools. Enjoy the outdoor patio sitting on the rocker chairs at the outdoor dining table. Relax and breathe in the fresh ocean air and take a dip in the Atlantic ocean anytime. We've got bikes for you to ride the short 1 mile ride to Atlantic Beach Shoppes, where you can eat, drink and meander through the artsy shops. The backyard is an organic garden that you can enjoy and yet have no maintenance worries. Best of all worlds!
