It’s surrounded by its 600 feet of curving sandy beaches and pristine coastlines with more than 8 acres and a private 450-foot jetty complimented by floating dock. A 30′ by 60′ outdoor pool, secret garden and tennis court complete the array of amenities along with a water-front spa; 7+ home theatre room; 2,000+ bottle wine cellar, private sandy beach, breakwater pier and dock.

From nearly every room, you’ll take in unimpeded views of the coast and the idyllic, manicured grounds. Villa Salt Acres offers seven bedrooms in the main house and three bedrooms in the guest house, each offering unobstructed views of the sprawling estate and the breathtaking coastal scenery beyond. Twelve guests can be accommodated in the main house, and four guests can be accommodated in the guest house. 

The 1200 square foot master wing is at its essence — luxurious comfort. The king bedroom, featuring high end linens, electric blinds, two walk-in closets, luxury furnishing and dreamy seascapes, which resembles sleeping on a cloud, overlooking the ocean and white, sandy beaches. This opulent space is made complete by state-of-the art bathroom details; his & hers bathrooms; soaking tub with ocean views; Carrera marble surfaces; heated floors and towel racks; Perrin & Rowe faucets and hardware; and waterfall-head walk in showers. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll fall asleep and wake up to alluring views of Sandy Point, the secret gardens and moonlit sea.

In each of the four guest suites on the top floors, you’ll be lavished with amenities and comfort beyond compare — from high end linens, modern furnishing and dreamy seascapes. The accompanying ensuites are complimented by heated floors and towel racks, Perrin & Rowe faucets and hardware, waterfall-head showers and Carrera marble surfaces.

The 800 square foot kitchen is a chef’s dreams, enclosed by picturesque views of the ocean, pool, and gardens from every window, and accented by a hand-custom made la Cornue Châteaux stove from France, wide-plank custom old-growth oak floors, butler’s pantry, home bar, kitchen island and breakfast nook, cozily situated by the fireplace. For your convenience, there is a half bath, three sinks, two dishwashers, a large Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, and supplementary Sub-zero bar fridge as well as a bistro, complete with Nespresso machine, coffee pods, sugars and creams. In the heart of the kitchen is a grand, custom-built Carrera marble prep island. Enjoy family and chef cooking here with fresh produce and seafood from the charming, Stonington Village. There is an additional summer’s kitchen provided in the basement.

The 400 square foot dining room conveys a romantic and intimate ambiance, composed of a pre-revolutionary, hand-carved dining room table and buffet, original custom mirrors, and a gas electric fireplace. Carefully selected blue accents infuse the area with a sense of freshness and evoke the calming essence of the ocean. The adjacent sun room is a bright and airy 200 square foot space, lined with beautiful interior plants and white furnishing.

Highlights of the property include a state-of-the-art cinema room, fitness room, sauna, and wine cellar with an adjacent billiards room, along with a full summer kitchen, providing endless opportunities for memorable and entertaining evenings spent in the comfort of this exquisite hideaway.

The Mystic "Village", which has become known for its quintessential New England charm and seaside romanticismis a mere 10 minute drive. A divine 10-minute boat ride to the renowned Ocean House in Watch Hill also adds to its allure.

Kindly note that our rates reflect renting only the main house, which guests will have sole and exclusive access to as well as the 8 acres of property. Up to twelve guests can be accommodated in the main house. The 3BR/3 BA full guest house (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed) is available to rent along with the main house and can accommodate up to 4. Pricing varies depending on the number of people staying and the duration of the stay.
