Come share the enjoyment of our home away from home in Hawaii!

Enjoy your stay at this Hawaiian plantation style villa adjacent to the King's Shops and a short walk to the scenic Anaeho'omalu Bay. The villa is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Get ready to unlock the door to your luxury vacation retreat.

You will walk across a marble threshold into the foyer of a beautiful custom decorated home. Looking into the living room you will see an inviting chenille sofa, large entertainment center, and walls adorned with landscapes by a local Hawaiian artist. As you walk past the koa clock, you will find a modern kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The guest bedrooms, described as "comfortable and elegant", have queen-size beds featuring light-weight down comforters with adjacent spacious bathrooms. The open loft at the top of the stairs has a day bed with trundle and a desk for writing your postcards.

Our favorite room, the master bedroom suite looks over the well manicured bermuda grass of the 8th green, the famous King's trail, and facing the ancient Kohala Volcano. The room is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama. In the master bathroom, relax in the Jacuzzi soaking tub after a long day in the sun. Don't miss breakfast on the peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea.

On location at Waikoloa Beach Villas, enjoy your time at the lava rock pools and spas with elevated waterfalls, peaceful sounds of local birds, or use the barbeque at the poolside picnic area. Don't forget to go shopping at the King's Shops (Tommy Bahama, Tori Richard, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co., Na Hoku etc.) and the lovely Queen's MarketPlace.

Don't think twice, book this unit...it's even better in person! We've stayed on the island in several units and this one was by far our favourite. Everything from the beautiful decor, cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, labeled cupboards with stocked supplies, ample beach equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful lanai, and amazing hosts. Truly a wonderful family vacation made even more special because of the added Aloha by staying in such a perfect home, thank you for sharing your paradise with us. The Desousa Family

We had an exceptional stay at this condo. It had everything we needed to make our 10-day vacation comfortable and memorable. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, making it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite features was the location. We loved being able to walk to A-Bay whenever we wanted, and it was incredibly convenient to have both Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace just across the street for shopping, dining, and groceries. Despite being so close to everything, the condo was remarkably quiet—we never noticed any traffic or outside noise, which made it a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.

The property is lovely--clean, well maintained, great decor and furnishings and very comfortable layout. Really enjoyed our stay. Appreciate that beach towels and some beach equipment (for example beach chairs) are provided. Thank you!

Beautiful villa close to a-bay and shops. We loved visiting the beaches (hapuna) night snorkel with manta rays (must do!!!) akaka falls, sunset on mauna kea, and the volcano. Go to lava lava! Only wish it was a longer stay and they had one more beach chair. Loved the cooler and beach supplies. So helpful!

Our unit was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions….great picks for places to enjoy meals in the area. The hosts were excellent with communication. It was perfect for our family. We most definitely had a wonderful week in Waikoloa and would come back and stay here again!

Great family stay!

Great condo in great location. Very close to pool, and nice golf course view. One of three condos we rented , and appreciated the patio furniture to enjoy the evenings and early morning coffees, baby equipment, and beach gear. Would stay here again if we return.

Awesome golf inspired stay!

Gorgeous home away from home

This was our second time at the location/unit! Fully stocked kitchen for “home cooked” meals; perfect location at the villas, shops, and restaurants in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay… just sad the time went so quickly.

Great Stay - Again

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and our experience has been great each time. The location is ideal with the Queen’s and King’s shopping centers a short walk away. There is ample room for the family to spread out on the lanai. Stacy, the property owner is very responsive if there are requests or questions.

UPDATE: We now have a teenager and a pre-teen in the house. Some days are AMAZING and some days, well... TEENS. I know many of you can relate. James and I are very much enjoying the trials and tribulations of the teen years. The Big Island always felt a bit small to us but now... WOW! "Its' a whole new world" of adventures. Our family enjoys hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and just about anything in Hawaii, as well as NOTHING. Isn't that what vacations are for, anyway. Please enjoy our home away from home as much as we do. It's our happy place!

We both grew up on the coast of California so the beach has been part of our lives from the beginning. We were married on the island in 2002 and have been coming back together since. The Big Island has definitely become part of our life as a couple. Now, as our family has grown we continue to spend time here with our children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities from snorkling, golf, tennis, hiking and especially whale watching. We hope that you and your family will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do. We purchased our first Hawaii home in 2003 to escape our busy lives in the Bay Area. After finding out that we were expecting our first child, we decided it was time to grown our home away from home. The conveniences of the Waikoloa Beach Resort continued to fit our families needs and Waikoloa Beach Villas was the newest complex in the resort area. We still visit the island 4-5 times a year along with with friends and family. Only now, we stay for longer periods of time.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We enjoy the proximity to all the amenities of the resort area. We always take a snorkel or sunset cruise with Ocean Sports right out of A-Bay. They are friendly and consistently give great service. Most of all, we love hang out on the lanai in the evening to watch our son and daughter run around.
