This is our second stay with this host, our first being on side ‘A.’ We’ve bookmarked this home for every time we travel to and through Nash, and can’t wait for our next visit!

Great place to stay if traveling with dogs. Some places say they're pet friendly and they have a laundry list of rules and weight limits. This place is truly pet friendly, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for the pups. I would recommend a deep cleaning as the doors and baseboards had a good bit of dust and hair on them and there was a surprising amount of hair in the sheets on one of the queen beds (it happens w normal laundry but there was a lot. We were too tired and tipsy to look into it too closely). Host was a great communicator anytime we had questions. This is not walkable to downtown Franklin, but it is an easy Uber or drive. There are no sidewalks and the road is a main road, so I don't see how anyone would feel comfortable walking on it especially at night.

Great location, close to downtown & a nice park for the kids. Pet friendly with a fenced backyard was nice as well. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and everything we needed for a family weekend getaway for PumpkinFest. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and my pup loved how much room there was to run around. When we visit the area again, we will definitely book this house. Highly recommend!

Location was good with a nice park within walking distance. 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout was great. Good kitchen. No keurig pods as shown in pictures. Outdoor patio space would have been great but was very dirty with ripped chairs. Place would have been much nicer with a good deep cleaning. Worked for a 2 night stay.

The home met our needs with each bedroom having their own bathroom was idea when getting ready at the same time. The host was quick to get us coffee to use in kerig as well as bigger coffee pot. The outside space could use some help. Lawn was not mowed but we didn’t sit out there so it was ok.
