It has been completely renovated with a classic Southern cottage style and filled with decor that will make you feel right at home! Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! If interested, you can rent both units of the home for a total of four bedrooms!

Beautiful property, well maintained, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood.Off-street parking was convenient.Matt, our host, was helpful and communication was great. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Super convenient location between historic downtown and The Factory. Place was spacious and cute- very charming. Loved the back porch- we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and it was very comfortable for four adults. We loved it upon sight! It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. It was an easy walk to Franklin and a central location to many other Nashville sights. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

Every detail was thought of in this charming cottage to make our stay a perfect one. The host was quick to respond. This cottage is located in a wonderful neighborhood close to downtown Franklin.

We loved our stay at The Garden Gate Cottage A while we were visiting Franklin. The cottage is quite charming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture...which is important! The back porch was very relaxing and peaceful ...were kept company by numerous birds and rabbits. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Franklin. Franklin is beautiful and we will be returning...and will definitely be booking the cottage again! Many thanks to Matt. He is a gracious host and was very helpful with answering questions.

The property was exactly as described warm and inviting and so comfortable everything was spotless and everything needed was there. This was one of my favorite VRBO places to stay.

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! Super clean too. Matt was awesome and responded right away to us. We rented both units in the home as we had two families traveling and it was so fun just walking across the front porch to them. The close proximity to downtown and the Factory was great as we just walked places. Would definitely rent these units again.

Love this little office. It was great to sit and work or just journal and enjoy some tea.
Master bath was gorgeous!
Love the old style fridge!

This was the cutest and cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures posted on the listing. It was the PERFECT location for walking to The Factory and historic downtown Franklin. The only drawback was that the family staying in the adjoining unit had two busy and very loud kiddos so when they were running around inside the house you could feel and hear it in our unit as well. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. If we come back to Franklin there is no doubt this is where we would stay.
