This condo had an amazing sunrise view from the room and step out the front door to the right to see a gorgeous sunset! Great gulf and bay views from the balcony. The parking spot was a big help being right across from the elevator since we had kiddos with us. Peg Leg Pete's and a convenient store across the street came in handy. We enjoyed our stay in this condo!

Parking was really easy! It was immediately off the beach and we had a great time. There was construction on the beach but just a short walk down the beach to get to another access.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The room was very nice. We had six people in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved sitting on the balcony and loved the view. Would definitely come back again.

This is a great condo. The owner was very responsive. It's only 1-1/2 miles from all the action, restaurants, etc. We rented beach bikes and never used our car. There is a great restaurant right across the street and a convenience store too. The views are amazing and the balcony is shaded in the afternoon sun.

Incredible view, easy access to beach, right across from Peg Leg Pete’s (you can get on the list and wait at the VRBO, 5 minutes from the Boardwalk or Fort Pickens. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. Enjoyable stay and secure complex.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view was beautiful even though you don’t look straight out into the ocean. The water pressure for showers was excellent. There was a lack of wash cloths, only four wash cloths total for four people. There was plenty of bath towels. The kitchen was stocked well. There is plenty of tv’s in case of bad weather. I prefer to have a phone number to call the host if needed.
