Folly Vacation Laid Back Casual Beach Bungalow 209-B
Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.
Completely new, renovated two-bedroom, one bath beach bungalow, located one block from Folly's busy Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.
There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated two-bedroom, one full bath beach bungalow. The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a couple of comfy chairs and a twin-size daybed for just relaxing or additional sleeping. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy in the dining area with table and six chairs. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a king size bed, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and custom cabinetry. The bathroom is full size with a large walk in shower and stocked with bath towels. The bungalow also has a stacked washer/dryer unit.
This home is 1,100 Sq. Ft.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play that come along. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

The cottage was lovely and efficiently provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us. The location is perfect, close enough to town, but far enough and very close to the ocean and beach.FollyVacation.com did an outstanding job clearly communicating and taking care of us. I would highly recommend this vrbo property.

As advertised, convenient to beach and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The house was perfect for us and our Yorkie. Clean, good A/C, a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and just a short ride into Charleston as well.

Convenient, clean and comfortable
We are repeat guests and enjoy this funky property. It is clean and comfortable, with Folly Beach attractions just a few minutes walk from the home.

The cutest house
We absolutely loved this house. The decor was awesome and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs! We definitely book again!

Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Home was cozy and beds were very nice. Dogs loved the fenced yard. Close walk to beach.

Fantastic Getaway!
This was the perfect cottage for my husband, dog and I. We loved the outdoor area for coffee, and drinks in the evening. The bathroom shower was great and the outdoor shower was a great addition, too.

Great pet friendly place
This rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to all Folly has to offer. The fenced yard and location adjacent to a greenway and beach access made it even better; our 2 senior pups had a great time seeing and smelling their way around Folly! We would rent this property again!

Great Stay!
This is the 3rd house we have stayed in that is part of follyvacation.com and their houses are always exceptional. They are very clean, comfortable and dog friendly. We really appreciate the fenced yard. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on Folly!

Great stay close to the beach
Enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and neighborhood seems really nice. Close enough to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and other things. Bed was a bit hard but that’s my only complaint. Everything was really clean and had plenty of towels, etc. would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location
This beach bungalow was cute, eclectic and perfectly located. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked everywhere from restaurants to the beach. The fenced courtyard and green space behind the bungalow was perfect for walking our dog.

Long weekend trip
