Location was perfect for what we wanted to do!Photos were accurate and space was clean. Only suggestions would be a hook for outside door and blinds in one of the bedrooms as it was very bright and hair dryer in every bathroom as we traveled with all couples

Fantastic unit, loved being so close to Center St, the beach, and having a pool was such a plus. Unit was well equipped, extra paper products, laundry soap, toiletries was an unexpected, welcomed addition. Would definitely rent again, and definitely use Stay Duvet as a rental/property management company!

The property and view are beautiful and the location is prime. The air conditioning did not work throughout the house - specifically in the bedrooms/bathrooms. There is one large unit in the living room intended to cool the entire condo. Since there are no sensors in the bedrooms, the air did not kick on at all. We were in a heat wave of 93 - feels like 110. Duvet offered me 500 for the inconvenience of no AC for 3.5 days. If they fix the AC, I would definitely stay again.

Lovely long weekend

Our family enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Folly Beach & this property was perfect. Close walk to the beach access, nearby local restaurants & shops! Property was exactly as described.

The view of the beach from the balcony was great. The beach is right across the street. Local dining is all within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures on the Vrbo site did not show marks on the walls or all the scruff marks on the wood floors. The condo just looked dirty. I brought other family members with me and I was embarrased at how dirty the condo looked. It looked like someone bought a fixer upper and decide to rent it "as is" . We stayed in the same building last year,in a different condo,and that condo was beautiful. We were supposed to be checked in around 4pm. There was a handyman there fixing a broken cabinet and the cleaners were just arriving. I was told I would get a message when the condo was ready. We went to get something to eat. I called vrbo at 6pm and asked when we could get into the condo. They said they could not find me in their system. I am a returning customer and I had been communicating with them on my phone. Eventually they found me and gave me the code to the door.

Lovely place to stay. Great location. Loved seeing the cargo ships going by on the river. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs going up to the loft- if mobility is an issue, look elsewhere! The parking spot is close but not ideal for a large vehicle.

Fall Retreat

This property has spacious rooms, a great view of the water, and easy access to town and the beach. Everything you need is literally in walking distance.

Nice getaway

Very spacious clean and comfortable condo close to everything. Nice view of Folly with close access. Appreciate quick responsiveness of staff.

Gotta Love Folly Beach

lots of positives about this rental: (1) corner location top floor of condominium with wonderful ocean view a block away - enjoyed the deck!; (2) clean; (3) stocked/prepped nicely; and (4) easy walking distance to the restaurants/bars as well as the beach.Only negative is the main room and main bedroom get the air conditioning more so than the rest of the unit, but the place has plenty of electric fans to try and help the coolness in the bedrooms near entry way. This in no way is a reason to not enjoy this spot if Folly Beach is the goal.It was perfect for our couples beach getaway; enjoy!

Great location

This is a great property! We loved the covered porch with an ocean view. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and all restaurants was so convenient. I would suggest more seating in the living room. (The rattan chair in the corner is not comfortable; maybe replace it with a club chair?). Also, we received communication via the VRBO app and by text, which is confusing. Any/all communication should come from one place. Lastly, we received our door code about 30 minutes before our property was ready, which was after the 4:00pm check-in time. We will be back! Thanks again.

Location! Location! Location!!

Centrally located to beach, bars, and 2 block walk to Bert's! The only issue we had was lack of comfortable seating. Only one small couch for a place that sleeps 6 people. Plenty of chairs at dining table and bar stools though. Just not enough comfortable seeting for more than 2 people to kick back and relax after out walking the beach or town all day or to lounge while watching football or a movie. Other than that, the place was great! Will definitely rent again by myself or with only one other person.
